房間很大,酒店好美,有很大浴缸,各方面都很好 酒店內有各種不同設施,游泳池,健身室,酒吧,餐廳,放映室

酒店感觉很舒适整洁，距离议会大厦步行十分钟就能到达；停车需要另外收费，房间WIFI不理想，晚上总是连不上，房间里信号也不佳；厨房虽小，设施齐全，还有洗衣机，适合一家人度假

整体感觉很好，我住的是2房，空間很大，只是第一晚時差的關係，第2天中午2:30才出外，卻發現門外放了便條說3:00pm後没有清㓗房間服务，所以我即時打去前台要求清潔。但最后回來發覺卻没有清理房间！有点失望

酒店位置在市中心，离内港和维多利亚省议会大楼步行10分钟左右，周围很安静，提供厨房及炊具，床很舒适，停车场就在楼下负一层，唯一不满意的是房间内的洗手间无门不方便，在旺季入住价格偏高。

Very clean and comfort hotel. Worth to stay there for your vacation. They provide every kitchen tools for you cooking at room. 2 bathrooms in different style is quite suitable the family stay. The location is just near to downtown, you can take a walk around there so easily. Anyway, I love this hotel so much! I think I will choose again for my next visit to Victoria, Canada.

An enjoyable stay off the beaten path.

Grateful to the wonderful services, Staff and location. Truly helped to make our trip Exceptional. The hotel is stunning and the Staff were phenomenal. Loved all of it!🙏❤️❤️❤️

They provide everything from a blender to a wine bottle opener to make your stay so comfortable. Spotless and comfortable. Comfortable and inviting g sitting areas from the roof top garden to the Koi pond. Staff was welcoming and knowledgable about the area . Wouldn’t change anything.

Beautiful grounds, quiet interior (except noisy elevator, make sure you're room isn't next to it). Wonderful location very close to downtown museum and restaurants and next to two beautiful parks. Highly recommended.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. My room did not have a mirror other than one over the bathroom sink. A full length mirror would be helpful. Kitchen had all the necessary dishes and glassware.

Great location, incredibly helpful staff, very spacious and comfortable. Only concern is that there’s no AC, but they do everything to help you out with that including ceiling fans, 2 large excellent upright fans, blinds and black out curtains. Definitely did not pose a problem when we were there at end of June. Would totally stay again!

Central location, clean, efficient, lovely

The location was great, and we really appreciated having a separate bedroom and two bathrooms for our family of four. The kids also loved the pool!

Beautiful property and very helpful staff. The hotel stance is the pool is kid friendly, but some of the "regulars" that want to swim laps are very rude even though there are adult only times for them. The extra activities sound so cute but are very expensive. 10/10 would stay here again for a romantic adult only stay, not the greatest with kids. Also I was grateful to have missed the heat the week before, because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I like that they are eco friendly, but if it was any hotter out it would have been really uncomfortable in the rooms. The beds are SO comfortable, and the hotel scent and bath products are incredible. Amazing robes, love that there was laundry and a dishwasher in suite (but would trade those in a heartbeat for air conditioning). Winter/fall stays here would be really nice with the fireplaces and heated bathroom floors. Great secure parking, the price is pretty standard. The location is really great, close to the harbour but nice and quiet.
