Clean, quiet, and friendly.....been there multiple times had different rooms....going back again...that says it all for me

Clean and affordable

Due to a debit card deposit it far over priced I lost my id it was photo in my phone she required a hard copy . I asked for taxi she bus stop across the street . I had a kind lady seeing a senior walk and gave me a ride . This was a dreadful mistreatment

One pillow no coffee no water no smiles

Clean, comfortable, affordable and the AC worked great! Would have enjoyed a coffee maker and a couple extra pillows as the bed had only 2. Overall very good value.

QUIET CLEAN AND FREINDLY STAFF

It was a very quiet sleep, no noisy neighbours and a great stay! Reminded us of a 70s inn but updated. Keep up the great work

Everything was almost perfect. Reception guy was very kind. Were missing, kleenex, cups and coffee machine. A towel bar at the sink area for the hand towel. I wanted to make myself a coffee with instant coffee I had brought, no cups available. The sink is in the room, not the bathroom. It did disturb me a little…

Coming from 2.5 hours away for the buttertart festival, I was skeptical of staying here at first after reading some of the reviews. For example: rude owner, lost deposit, rooms not cleaned properly/maintained. But I stayed anyways, and i'm so happy I did. The owner and staff were friendly, very helpful and honestly answered my questions/concerns about the bad reviews I had read about the property. My room though, was clean and well maintained. I smoke, so I was nervous about losing my deposit (from reading the bad reviews) . But I was reassured that as long as I smoke outside the room and the room doesnt smell, I will be fine. There were also notices on the back of my room door reminding me to make sure the windows and doors were closed to prevent the smell from going in. So to be fair, if anyone loses their deposit for that reason, they cant say they werent warned. The cleaning staff were super friendly and always made sure we were alright with supplies. Parking spot right in front of the door was a bonus. The Air conditioning in the room was amazing! I will for sure book this prooerty again if I'm ever in the area in the future!

Clean rooms, easy parking, fridge and a microwave. I would recommend.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean just outdated. The property was very well maintained. The only suggestion to have a coffee maker in rooms . Had an excellent experience.

Room was a little smaller than pictures seemed but it was well cleaned and the air conditioning was great and water pressure was perfect Jaz at the front desk was amazing as well Definitely will be back if I’m in town

Clean room, quiet, temperature control, plenty of hot water. Convenient location with comfortable beds. My fishing buddy and I spent two nights. Would stay here again.

The parking was always avaliable right by your room....very convenient....a/c was very good very comfortable and clean bathrooms....nice size fridge

The room was super cute and very clean!

My wife and I did a day trip to Midland and the following day to the surrounding area. Our stayover preference was something reasonably priced and, most importantly, clean. Kings Motel was exactly that. We would recommend this place to anyone who's not expecting a lot of perks, just simple, and like I said ... clean accommodation close to everything. We will be back.
