Not valuable hotel. I do not know why this is four star, the facility is very old and not maintained well, they also not supply water which the hotel half price cheaper than this will offer hotel. The service staff is not helpful at all. A worst experience in all Mexico hotels.

Nice location, Sergio was amazing, friendly and great guy!!, Miguel the WORSE!! Ugh… almost hit me while he was doing valet parking!..Kevin nahh… no smile while he was doing the check in nor never give me the wifi either….

Clean room walkable to Alameda and workers are very courteous. I was only here for less than 24 hours and there’s no outside noice. Peaceful place to sleep.

El lugar muy céntrico, se llega caminando a la mayoría de los restaurantes y lugares que hay que visitar. Como el zócalo, bellas artes y la torre latinoamericana.
