這個旅館沒有空調 不適合怕熱又是夏天要來的人，早餐還算豐盛，清潔度也很好，但我們去的時候很熱沒有空調實在是一大敗筆，所以如果是冬天去應該會不錯

We stayed at hotel 2 days, our family enjoyed our trip. this is very wonderful hotel, the Staff are very kindly and very carefully every detail, the room is very clean and comfortable. We will visit this hotel again!

although it takes long distance, it worths with nice view,nice breakfast

Tolle Mitarbeiter, sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück gute Betten. Den Rest mal gründlich anschauen (Böden, Türen, Farbe,... )

Insgesamt war das Hotel sehr gut. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, da direkt neben an ein Aldi und ein Dm waren. Sauberkeit war auch okay. Leider ist das Hotel jedoch Renovierungsbedürftig bzw. die Zimmer sind sind relativ alt. Der Wellness Bereich war auch sehr gut. Jedoch ist die Sauna wirklich sehr klein. Insgesamt trotzdem eine Empfehlung!!

We liked the property , it has rustic look and feel. Excellent breakfast with nice variety. Staff front desk very helpful. I would add some kettle and coffee maker in the room . Beds are comfortable. There are no shampoos and conditioners provided for the guests use. In general we had satisfactory experience.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß. Bad sauber und modern. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazu gehört.

Das Comfort-Einzelzimmer ist ein gute Wahl für Alleinreisende: breites Bett, Bergblick, sehr komfortabel. Frühstück lecker.

Tolles Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. War nur eine Nacht auf Durchreise und habe den Wellnessbereich nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und es wird auch immer wieder frisch aufgefüllt. Sauberkeit top. Ausblick herrlich. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

War alles Recht alt,die Sauna erst um 14 Uhr geöffnet obwohl das Hotel gut besucht war,fanden wir echt Schade. Sehr viele Kinder in der Sauna,sollte auch nicht sein da es ein Ort ist um zu entspannen.

We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it.

Very clean room. Nice body wash. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Complimentary breakfast was great.

What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service. What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.
