We stayed here for three nights and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a quieter area, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, we experienced water outages on two of the three days we stayed. The first time happened while my kids were brushing their teeth. When I asked at the front desk, they confirmed there was a water issue and kindly provided bottled water so the kids could finish brushing their teeth. The second outage occurred while they were in the shower. This time we were told the hotel was performing water maintenance. While the staff were polite, it was still a significant inconvenience.
We also had an issue with housekeeping. One day our room wasn't cleaned, and when I asked the front desk, they said housekeeping reported that we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, which we did not. Since it was after 4:00 p.m., the housekeeping staff had already left for the day. To their credit, the hotel arranged for someone else to do a quick cleanup and replace our towels.
The outdoor pool was a great place to cool off on hot afternoons. The indoor pool also looked beautiful, but we later learned it's part of the spa and only guests aged 14 and older are allowed. We weren't aware of that beforehand, though it makes sense that they want to maintain a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
