If you are looking for a hotel with nice location, this would not be your choice. The room is huge and they are in good condition. They provide free shuttle service if you want to go to downtown do do some grocery shopping or have a dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is nice too if you cannot make it to downtown.

Their was no running warm water , asked for them to help fix it multiple times and nobody helped Only 1 Chanel on the tv worked and you couldn’t see anything The screens on the balcony are broken so bugs and insects get in

O hotel é muito agradável, construído no meio da mata. Quarto bem iluminado, com espaço adequado. A área de piscina é agradável, servida por um bar que atende muito bem. Achei alto o preço do almoço: talharim por U$ 35, na promoção. Café da manhâ muito bom.

Awesome breakfast variety for all styles of breakfast, great bar and restaurant for dinner, kids loved the pool.

We stayed three nights in the 700 units. Long walk to dinner, bar, pool but the units are new, spacious and well designed. The pool and deck are showing their age but were very refreshing. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Drinks are the bar were generous and tasty.

Beautiful hotel in the rainforest, great swimming pool, taxi service to the waterfalls and airport and good customer service

The staff were very helpful and courteous. Nadia from our bicycle trek was amazing - easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the local area.

The breakfast and restaurant (had lunches only) are very good. The room has earthy smell. Be careful of using the transfer service agent associated with the hotel. Experienced price raising right before arrival, which is not professional. Easily to find other service providers online with 20-30% less (private taxi).

The hotel is in great shape in the middle of the jungle, the staff was very helpful. We booked their new years dinner, it was great food! We really enjoyed our stay

Room was clean and had everything you need for your stay! The ambience is amazing because you are literally in the forest! The staff is responsive and prompt! Breakfast is the same each morning but it is good! We visited other properties in the area and this one is by far the best! I can see why it’s always sold out!

The setting was great, and the pool and bar was nice. Rooms could have been cleaner and the quality of the restaurant food wasn’t great, with a language barrier with the staff. Overall, we had a good stay.
