飯店雖然離市區有一小段距離，但門口就有公車站，交通還算方便，服務人員非常用心，房間也很舒適

The room is ok. The location is slightly off. I booked this as i don't mind the walking usually. However, when I was walking back to the hotel at sundown, I thought someone was following me. Considering that the neighborhood is a little quite at night. It could be scary. The room is a little small, but I guess acceptable as this is a city's hotel (almost seem too far from the City though). Parking is limited.

The hotel was lovely. Alexander made our stay very special. He is an absolutely wonderful doing anything to help us with our time in Scotland from exploring St Andrews to arranging reservations, suggesting stores to get our son moved into his flat, and making our time very special at the Roseate. His leadership sets the tone for the outstanding service level delivered by his staff. We would and will stay at the Roseate again based on our experience and the beautiful accommodations. Thank you Alexander and team for a wonderful welcoming stay at the Roseate. You are all fabulous! You made our stay an incredible experience. Susan and Duane Marty

Alexander is provide extraordinary service. He is warm and helpful making the Roseate a must stay luxury hotel. Every employee was incredibly friendly and provided great service. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. We would absolutely stay at the Roseate again. Thank you Alexander for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The room was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were warm, courteous, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt, direkt an der Buslinie 100 (Top !!!), sehr freundliches Personal ( Grüße an Alexander), trotz nahe ander Strasse - sehr ruhig. Wir würden jedesmal wieder hierher kommen.

Excellent hotel. The building is steeped in charm, the rooms are very well appointed, the bar has a fantastic selection and breakfast was superb. Very friendly and attentive service too. A top class experience. Thank you

The staff were outstanding, welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and the coffee/tea making facilities were very welcome. The public areas were very welcoming and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding both evenings we ate there and there was a wide range of drinks available in the bar. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Rooms were comfortable and provided all comforts. Restaurant and bar service was terrible and extremely slow. Staff seemed untrained in providing service in a restaurant as had to explain our orders even though only a 2 page menu. On our 2nd night waited an hour to get ordered drink before dinner even though only 2 couples in the restaurant. Extremely disappointing considering the price we paid for both accommodation and food.

Main reason for us to return was the warm, friendly and professional service from Maya - she was so helpful and thoughtful. Shout out to Alexander too.

Todo super maravilloso

This is a beautiful property and the staff was top-notch. I don't think we got the room we booked though, because we traveled with another couple and booked the same type of room and there's was much better and much larger. Ours was adequate, but very small. Overall, we enjoyed our time and enjoyed the property and restaurant. I would recommend.

This is a lovely hotel, however it lacks a few things to make it ‘worth the money’. I booked a petite room (this was all that was left) which was fine I don’t need a massive room, it was however very dark and very hot. There is no air con. My biggest gripe - NO COFFEE Machine. I have never stayed in a room which cost more than £300 per night and been given powder coffee sachets! I didn’t think they still made them. The radio was a nice touch but who cares when there is no coffee in the morning.

Lovely property and restaurant

Not quite as indicated in pics. Not worth the price…very overpriced. A wee bit off kilter. Right at us stop, very convenient. Concierge was amazing and very welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast waitress was bland and breakfast took forever to arrive. No bill credit for breakfast plan purchased but not used. No response from property re credit.
