This hotel is better than my expectation. The location is very convenient to take all the public transportation such as Air France shuttle bus, subway, tour bus and also 5 min walk to Arch. Restaurant and supermarket just in the neighbor street. Extremely safe due to the police station on the same street as well. The front desk officers speak English fluently with polite manner. Lobby has lift for guest with modern decorations. Double bed room area is Okay and also has big window with street scene. In addition, HVAC system, PD system in good condition especially comfortable shower tap. Bedclothes are clean and quality is good. Absolutely, we will stay again next time and will recommend to our friends in deed.

Pro’s: Fantastic location, friendly staff, nice lobby and hot showers. Con’s: cramped room / tiny bed / worn out interior and walls / Bad sound insulation so you can hear quite a lot. Overall decent stay for the money.

Breakfast was great every day and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Our closet door hinge was damaged, but i reported it as we were leaving and i am confident it will be repaired. The only small complaint is that the stairwell needed to be vacuumed more often. There were days when the carpet on the stairs was not clean! Otherwise, the room, while small, was clean and comfortable!

The hotel is conveniently located behind Champs Élysées. The Eiffel Tower is a 20 minute walk away. It’s in a suburb so is nice and quite. The staff are accommodating. There is a Monoprix supermarket located around the corner. It has been renovated recently and the bathroom is nice and big. And the best part check out is at noon!

Ok værelse og det er så det. Der reklameres med minibar samt bar generelt det er der ikke. Under vores ophold kunne vi ikke genkende nogle af billederne som var brugt til fremvisning af hverken hotel eller værelser. Lås til værelset var dårlig og skulle bøvles lidt med hvilket er fint nok. Desværre stod værelset ulåst af denne årsag da vi kommer tilbage meget sent. Dvs. Der har stået åben siden rengøring.

clean spacious room , very nice and helpful staff

Convenient location. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy bathroom. Shower was a bit tricky as it was just hooked to the wall (rather than fitted to a riser pole). The chap serving breakfast didn’t really do any serving, just hovered awkwardly, so we didn’t get any hot food and had to make do with the cold buffet. Concierge staff were friendly and very helpful.

This is definitely not a place to stay for more then a night or so, the 3 stars are for the Customer Service, the Hotel & the paid breakfast gets 2 stars. The first thing you notice walking in is the foul smell, its a unique blend of cigarette's, rotten eggs and cheap perfume. Elevator is very small, you can not go up with 2 people and 2 hand carry bags at a time. Once upstairs, the corridor was dark, I have to find the light switch by turning my cell[hone light on. We booked the so called "Superior Room" but the room was small, with basic bed, 2 night stands, a small side table, a mini fridge with 1 water bottle, a heating water kettle and free Tea. The bathroom was very basic, the design of the toilet was extremely poor, I am a small person, have no clue how a bigger person can use it. Once sitting you have no room to move your arms or legs around. I breakfast was very very standard with very few choices, the beat part of the breakfast was again the staff not the breakfast. The only thing really stand out is the Hotel Staff, excellent manners very nice, very friendly and kind. Mr. Ahmed greeted us and helped us with the questions we had.

Super endroit où rester à Paris! C’était notre première fois et nous avons adoré la localisation ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. J’avais hésité longuement avant de réserver et je n’ai pas été déçue! Nous avons opté pour une chambre de luxe pour un lit king et avions un lit simple également plutôt que la table et les chaises prévue mais cela nous a convenu puisqu’on a pus y ouvrir nos bagages et ne pas perdre d’espace. Grand garde robe de rangement! Petit conseil, apporter des bouchons car on entend beaucoup mais nous étions préparer et avons adoré notre séjour. Je recommande à 100%!

Sehr Zentral, ideal für eine Städtereise. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen sicher wieder.

J'ai aimé le décor animalier dans l'entrée et le calme de la rue peu passante et proche des Champs Élysées 10 mn de marche... L'acceuil est plaisant... la chambre aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie... table de nuit marque de brûlure... moquette à changer... salle de bain très correcte cependant
