A really nice, smaller hotel on the edge of the old part of the city, a short walking distance to the Alcazar. It is located on a narrow street, not accessible to cars. However, it is only a short distance to a wider street where you can be picked up, dropped off, etc. The hotel is quiet, well-appointed, with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our room was fine and comfortable. I have only good things to say about Hotel Amadeus and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. I loved every little detail and the robes and slippers waiting for us on the bed when we got there! Beautiful view from the roof top and delicious cocktails from the rooftop bar. Can’t wait to go back.

The building itself is 300+ years old, and I was in awe of the doors and windows, many of which I assume were original to the building. The entire hotel is decorated with string instruments and music-themed decor. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and very personable. The breakfast was served at our table and the food was fresh, varied, and delicious.
