The hotel was near a lot of restaurants and the room was clean and comfortable.

Great location, but beware: the Royal West End does not have a lift and the floors are creaky.

Great location. Bathroom was formerly a closet size wise. No elevators but staff does offer to help carry luggage. Breakfast was good. Parking is not that close by. Ok stay for o e night and close enough to airport.

Very handy for our concert at the Òran mor good location for loads of pubs and places to eat

Very old property…website pictures are not an accurate description of the rooms. Very…very basic amenities. Bedding changed once in 9 days. Bathroom smelled like urine the entire time and shower would not drain properly. Staff was friendly enough but will not re-book this hotel.

Quite a basic hotel, chosen because of proximity to a place I was visiting. Pleasant reception personnel.?Coffee/tea in room was nice. The bed was a bit hard for me. Nice touch with curtains and bedspread with tartan according to room name. I didn’t eat breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

Nice quiet room and just an excellent staff going above and beyond. Parking is a real issue, honestly as great as the staff was, I wouldn't be staying here again if I had to have a car.

I loved the tartan decorated rooms! We were cozily nestled in one of the lower rooms so the space was comfortably cool and quiet during a very hot Scottish visit!

Room was clean and perfect for one person. The pillow was a little hard and I wish there was a hairdryer but for the price and location it was a deal.

It was very quiet almost all the time. I thought I was alone at the place at first, just the way I like it. Had only one issue. The wall in the room next to me was quite thin. The beds must have been along the same wall. I could hear snoring and when I was on the phone late the person next to me pounded on the wall. That may be just a problem in room 301. Other than that it was very quiet. The provided breakfast options were great. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Do note that this is a walk up, no elevator.

Front desk staff were always very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious every morning!

Good breakfast and nice size room. Only thing I wasn't expecting was stairs only. 2 lovely flights of stairs to traverse, wasn't so bad. Nice staff.
