Small kitchen but excellent for short stays , nothing fancy but perfrct for short terms stays.

This little hotel was perfect for our little family. It was cozy, comfortable, clean, quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The restaurants were close by, the staff was extremely friendly and so very helpful. The staff showed how and when to take the bus then to connect to the subway to get to the city center. If we happen to go back to Toronto anytime soon, we are definitely staying here again. Lovely place!

Average hotel , its disappointing part was no available staff was there to accommodate me late night since it was an emergency , rang the bell for 2 hrs . so i left and never got atleast some amount of my money from un used room .

We were greeted by a lovely friendly customer staff person upon our arrival. Very helpful polite and welcoming. We saw her a few times. Other staff were the same. We will definitely stay here again next visit to Toronto. This is a hidden gem. Thank you and see you again soon.

Small and quiet. Boutique-like. Comfortable beds

We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid a high price, and we were told that the hotel was fully prepared to welcome World Cup visitors. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that at all. One example was the towels provided in our room. They were old, badly worn, and torn into several places. We even took photos as evidence. This is not acceptable and is certainly not the standard guests should expect, especially considering the amount we paid. Please make sure your linens and room amenities are clean, well-maintained, and replaced when they become worn out. Guests should never be given torn towels. Small details like this have a big impact on the overall guest experience.

Oldish hotel, friendly staff, well located, but VERY noisy as it is very poorly insulated for the sound/noise. It felt like there was a bowling alley on the second floor.

The only complaint I had was the parking. Everything else was great, clean rooms and excellent staff.

This hotel is not worth the price the online photos are very deceptive nothing compared to photos looks like a 40.00 hotel and my room was very outdated so disappointing I paid over $200.00 for on night and not worth it.

Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey.
