非常好，飯店服務也很棒

Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage.

The room is kind of outdated. Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off. The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place. Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm. The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average.

It said 4 stars but it is not, the windows are very dirty, the water is leaking out when shower, but i have to say the service is very good

Excellent hotel and the staff was amazing

Wonderful service, very friendly staff and breakfast buffet was excellent!! We booked Machu Picchu tour through the hotel and the price was reasonable, bus and train ride was smooth too. I recommend to use their service to everyone!!

Great location, excellent service

Good sized room and bed, all nice and clean. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and staff who really went out of their way to help. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Wonderful staff, beautiful room with crisp linens. Big plus for me was the bathtub 🛁, I had a fabulous soak.

I don’t have enough praise for the staff, from the front desk, Tam’i and Betty, to the housekeeping staff. They were friendly, helpful and respectful and responsive to our needs. The room was excellent, lots of room that included a couch. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I only have positive feedback, the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 18 days in Peru.

Gran hotel y atención . Lo único malo es que te imponen el servicio del 10% (propina) aunque te lo quieren manejar como impuesto . Porcentaje de más en cada servicio . Los super merecen porque es muy buen lugar . Pero no es igual impuesto a que tú lo des Por gusto propio .

The staff were great and very helpful.

All of the people on staff were so incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were exceptionally clean, the included breakfast was wonderful, the free airport shuttle was such a great perk. The only downside is the AC was not working in either of our rooms. The air would blow, but never got cold. The temperature never got below 24C/78F. Also, the walk to the main square (Plaza de Armas) was uphill about 10 blocks, so not as convenient as we had hoped.
