整潔，環境舒適優美。房間設有小廚房，附近很多食店可以選擇，鄰近亦有間超級市場。如果想甯靜，度假是一個不錯嘅選擇。 唯一房間沒有空調，有一把吊扇，會有點熱。但有露臺，可打開門。 職員友善，餐廳亦十分便宜

Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Disponibile a venire incontro ad esigenze organizzative e logistiche dandoci la possibilità di fermarci in struttura con l'uso della piscina e degli spogliatoi oltre l'orario di checkout in vista del volo serale. Colazione a buffet piuttosto varia ed abbondante ma costante tra i giorni della settimana. Cena un po scarna nella varietà ma di qualità. Camerieri sempre cordiali e disponibili. Fortemente consigliato!

Was decent - no spa and bar available anymore. Bedsheet and towers a bit dirty but they replaced it immediately and apologised. Overall a nice hotel, family friendly

Lovely hotel, good value for money. Animation team was excellent with our children. Pool has a great children’s area, spotlessly clean. The rooms weren’t cleaned as well and as often as I would’ve liked. Bar staff very nice. Food was average. Staff overall helpful and friendly.

Hôtel très calme, très agréable en cette saison, les animations sont variées mais ne constituent pas de nuisances sonores pour les personnes recherchant le calme. Le logement vue mer est confortable avec effectivement une belle vue mer. Seule réserve un petit déjeuner trop basique.

Wir hatten insgesamt eine solide Erfahrung im Hotel Pearly Grey mit einigen klaren Plus- und Minuspunkten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Lage praktisch – mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in Costa Adeje. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Meerblick vom Balkon (Zimmer 208). Auch positiv: viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung und das gesamte Hotel ist rauchfrei. Leider gab es auch einige Kritikpunkte: Der Check-in um 16:00 Uhr und Check-out um 10:00 Uhr sind eher ungünstig. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (Haare auf dem Bett und in der Bettwäsche!!!), wurde aber nach Hinweis direkt behoben. Die Zimmer sind eher hellhörig. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator (bei grosser Hitze ein klares Nachteil), und das warme Wasser ist durch den eigenen Boiler im Zimmer eher schnell aufgebraucht. Abends hört man zudem die Livekonzerte bis ca. 22:00 Uhr deutlich im Zimmer. Fazit: Schöne Lage und Aussicht, aber beim Komfort und der Sauberkeit besteht Verbesserungsbedarf.

Das Frühstück und der Poolbereich waren super. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und nicht ganz so touristischen Umgebung, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Es gab viele Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider hatten wir direkt ein Zimmer neben der Anlieferzone, in der Nacht um 4 Uhr wurden wir von den lauten Geräuschen der LKW‘s geweckt, das war echt nervig.

駐車場は有料かつ台数に限りがありますが、近隣にたくさんの公共無料駐車スペースがあるので、困りません。 ウォータースライダー付きプールで娘も大満足。

Huoneisto oli sen mukainen minkä varasimme.Näkymät olivat kauniit,merelle päin.Huoneen siisteyteen olimme kaikki tyytymättömiä.Huoneessa käytiin siivoamassa vain YHDEN kerran.Itse piti hakea wc paperia ja viedä roskat. Lattia oli tosi tahmainen ja pölyä sängyn aluset täynnä. Johtuuko tämä liian vähäisestä työntekijä määrästä🤔Vastaanotossa istuvat työntekijät eivät myöskään tervehtineet kun siitä ohitse kulki.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel. L’accueil a été sympathique. Dans la chambre, nous avons eu tout le nécessaire. La localisation de l’hôtel est également très bien.

I recently stayed at Pearly Grey Ocean Club Apartments & Suites and wanted to share my experience. First, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning—definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a positive touch to our overall experience. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. It would be great if the hotel offered a buffet breakfast option or even an all-inclusive package for food, as options felt quite limited. Additionally, there isn't much in the way of activities for children, which made it less engaging for families. One of the biggest concerns was the check-in time of 4pm, especially considering that guests pay for a full day that technically begins at midnight. Being unable to access the room until late in the afternoon, and then having to check out by 10am, doesn’t feel like good value. These timings definitely need to be reviewed. Cleaning is only done twice a week, which might not be ideal for guests staying for longer periods. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In our case, the fan in Room 205 wasn’t working. We reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our stay. All in all, the hotel has great potential thanks to its location and views, but a few upgrades and adjustments would really improve the overall experience.
