The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the lake, offering a truly magnificent view. It’s also within easy walking distance of the main restaurants and shops, which makes getting around very convenient. The breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality. The staff is consistently helpful, attentive, and focused on making guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. Free parking is a great added benefit. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Overall, I would say it was a nice stay, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering the price. The hotel room felt a bit run down and outdated, although it did have a very nice view, which was definitely a highlight. The reception staff at the front door were very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. Breakfast was good in terms of quality, but I was not greeted upon arrival, which made the experience feel a bit impersonal. The restaurant, however, served a very good sandwich and coffee, which I enjoyed. The spa experience was disappointing. While it had the potential to be relaxing, the facilities felt neglected. The pool was not clean, the jacuzzi was not working, and at one point they even ran out of water. They also did not have robes available in my size, which shows a lack of attention to detail. The massage itself was not good. The therapist seemed rushed, had a poor attitude, and was not particularly polite or attentive. It felt like the session lacked care and professionalism. Given the overall condition of the facilities, rooms, and building, I believe the property would really benefit from renovations. At its current price point, it does not offer good value compared to other places with better-maintained facilities and higher-quality service. In summary, a pleasant stay in parts thanks to the staff and the view, but the overall quality does not match the price.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones, pero las camas de la habitación que reservé No eran Matrimoniales como dice acá!! Son camas de 1,60 para 1 persona !!

La habitación estaba impecable, me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación más amplia. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable ya que queda frente a la costanera y a pasos de la plaza principal y de todos los locales más importantes. El desayuno buffet es muy variado.

Great stay. Amazing view from room, breakfast buffet had something for everyone, great location. Could walk to several good restaurants. Staff was very attentive.

Hotel confortável, muito bem localizado, com visita incrível para o lago e vulcão Osorno.

Atendimento da equipe foi excelente! A ceia de Ano Novo deixou a desejar mas, no geral foi tudo muito bom.

Hotel muito bem localizado, garagem incluída em uma região de estacionamentos pagos (inclusive na rua). Acomodação nova e bem conservada, embora a cama não seja excepcional de conforto (mas longe de ser desconfortável). Café da manhã com boas opções mas repetitivo ao longo dos dias. O suco poderia ser melhor. Quarto limpo todos os dias, arrumação rápida (muitas vezes durante o café da manhã), academia com esteira, transport, bike ergométrica, banco e pesos livres. Piscina pequena mas aquecida. Vista do quarto para o lago e vulcão Osorno (muitos quartos com vista, apesar de não serem todos). Saguão agradável para passar o tempo, inclusive com vista ao lago/vulcao. Um ótimo local. Eu, se pensar em retornar a Puerto Varas, com certeza repito o hotel. Quarto grande para 4 adultos (cama de casal tamanho padrão, então um pouco “pequena”).
