Love this hotel, so an easy access to the beach and everything walking distance, restaurant, bars, pharmacy if you need one and much more, if youbjustvstaying in San Juan by staying in this Hitel the whole time you will NOT need to rent a car. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable, Thank you for everything until next time.

Perfect location right beside the beach. The ocean front view is worth the upgrade. The staff were amazing. Thank you to Taya, Willy, and Noel from the front desk. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Your suggestions on where to go and where to eat totally made our trip. Also, thanks to Calib from the bar. Such a hard working guy, even with a wrist injury.

I checked in a day late due to wanting an extra day at our bnb. I attempted to call the hotel several times to inform them of this to no avail. It would just ring then hang up i did this several times from morning into the night at which time I reached out to Expedia who was able to assist me in getting ahold of them via email. Once I was able to talk to them it was great they assured they would hold my reservation. No refund was offered which I didn't expect but I thought moving my reservation a day out would have been a possibility but when I asked it was declined because "i booked with a third party" made no sense to me but whatever. The worst thing about the hotel wasn't the tiny room or the fact that our sink had body wash and our shower had the hand wash which no one was able to change when I asked. It was the fact that the entire top of the shower in room 205 is covered in black mold. The hotel was in a great location and I would stay again if they fixed the mold issues. Too pricey to deal with those sort of problems! The restaurant we shared some of everything and none of it was necessarily good. Much better food right the down the street. Tyzans is a must! All in all it wasn't terrible but it was not worth it. The fact that Noone answered the phone then entire time we were there, and the front desk was of no assistance with the mold or soap issues just made me see the hotel as unprofessional. Again the location is great, views are beautiful. But the room is small!

Overall, a great experience and stay. Staff was responsive and helpful. It is a small boutique, hotel hotel, so know that you will hear hallway noise and doors opening and closing as your neighbors come and go. For LGBTQ+ travelers, this place was very welcoming and friendly. Bar and restaurant experience were also great. We spent several days having cocktails. Bartenders were friendly, made strong drinks, and remembered us from one day to the next.

La habitación limpia, no tienen servicio a la habitación. El personal atento, la playa es lo más hermoso. La barra cerca de la playa. La comida muy buena pero no tenían disponible varios alimentos del menú. Cuando llegamos al parecer había una fiesta “Drag Queen” mucho ruido y las personas estaban muy alborotadas, no había ningún límite. En cuanto a lo demas todo bien.

The bar was beautiful with nice drinks, however, the rooms are horrible. I had to change room twice because of water leakage. The bathroom is dirty and the sink area is like 12 inches. My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for.

No complaints. Excellent staff, bar service, and beach access. Everyone took care of me and felt safe as a solo traveler. Had a ton of fun and enjoyed the beach every day. Definitely coming back

This was, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I’ve had in years. It was my first true beachfront experience, right on the beach. So I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive going in, but it exceeded every expectation. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. The beach view was nothing short of breathtaking, and the room size was perfect for what we needed. Honestly, who wants to spend too much time in a room when you’re in San Juan anyway? I will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!

Un hotel pequeño, pero con todo lo que necesitas, el personal muy amable, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Excelente ubicación frente al mar.

The staff were all so helpful and kind! Dre on the beach always made sure I had a nice cold water. My room was ocean view which was beautiful to wake up to !
