入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。

Staff was excellent especially reception people. Could not get better location for the hotel. Staff however did not recommend the restaurant in the hotel said was overpriced.

This is a fantastic hotel in an amazing location—it's close to absolutely everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is amazing with great options to start your day. Highly recommended for a peaceful yet convenient stay!

The location is great, the lobby looks very original and interesting. The rooms however look and feel as if no one washed the rugs in 100 years, it has a bad smell and feels old and outdated . The mattress is a back killer. No iron in the hotel which I definitely didn’t like!!! The reception told me that they can iron for me for a fee but they don’t have any iron for guests. Breakfast was very good!!

Beautiful hotel and an awesome location. The lobby area was enormous. Must’ve been a bank at one time we think. The rooms were great and big.

The hotel is amazing by itself bedsides it being walking distance to everywhere located just in the heart of Palermo . The atrium is gorgeous , we found ourselves gathering there after a day in the town . It was very relaxing with music and you do bof feel crowded as it has so many nooks and places to seat families together . The rooms are very spacious and very comfortable with all amenities being provided . The A/C. Works very well too

Conveniently located to Valley of the Temples. Good restaurant options nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located close to the sights. The room was clean but I found the property to be a bit outdated. Breakfast had a lot of variety but I’ve had much better breakfasts in other hotels. The service was wonderful - everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel needs some updating. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was almost impossible to get into and very dangerous getting out of. The breakfast as okay but the coffee wasn’t very good. I loved the location and the old world charm of this hotel. Our room was big and the view from our balcony was lovely.

This is a slightly shabby Grande Dame that seems to get most of it's guests through group travel. The room was large and well-appointed, though slightly oddly laid out with a deep bath but no separate shower. The bedding could use a refresh, particularly mattress and pillows. The breakfast was fine, though not of the highest quality (terrible cappuccino) and the staff very formal and obsequious. The location was great, and that really made it work for us.

Chambre assez spacieuse. Climatisation réglable. Les équipements sont assez anciens. Bon emplacement.
