A nice pub but not a great place to stay when it's hot. No AC, which is fair enough for an old pub, but no fan in the room and, despite facing west, nobody had thought to close the curtains so the room was in full sun all afternoon and impossible to cool down. Opening the window just let in the noise from the road.

Room looked tired and the toilet seat was broken. The most bazaar thing was at 3:30 am one night, when another guest was able to use his key to open our room door. Not happy and would not stay there again

Room was very cheap. A bit out dated but clean. Staff were all very friendly.

Adequate accommodation for my business trip, note food stops @9pm.

The Crown Inn was a wonderful stay. The staff we friendly and helpful as were the long term residents. The pub has great food breakfast, lunch, amd dinner.

Very large cockroaches in the bathroom running around.

We stayed in the old part of the accommodation which was well beyond it's best before date, although the bed linen and towels we clean the room and bathroom were in need of a complete refurbishment. I would not recommend this as a place to stay

Very reasonable price, good amount of parking, easy and quick access to the m4, the room and bathroom were a decent size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The shower was nice and powerful. The pub/restaurant itself was decent with nice staff and food. The only point to note is last food orders for evening meals is 8 pm so plan around this. If you arrive late there is a supermarket within walking distance open till 10. I would stay here again.

Always a great stay at the crown inn, rooms nice and clean , staff are fantastic, really friendly. Danielle is so friendly and always a smile to greet us. The bar has plenty of drinks choices and the food is very nice. Good choices in food from vegetarian to gluten free menus. Parking is good always space to park.
