The room was very small but everything else was excellent, very clean, great location the staff was very helpful.

Parcheggio comodo recintato. Bagno molto rovinato con pavimento e lavandino rotto. Moquette per terra che emanava un cattivo odore.

Hôtel bien situé. Belle vue. Les chambres disposent d'une terrasse, c'est sympa. Pour les amoureux de baignade, la plage est juste en face

The hotel is about 40 minutes walk from the centre of Annecy, which is fine as its more relaxing to base myself rather than in the hub of the old town. Also theres not any shops so youll need to get stuff in the town. There isnt a fridge which is much needed due to lack of shops. So i had the buffet breakfast there as there werent any cafes nearby. The buffet had plenty of croissants, citus fruits, meats, cheeses, cereals, breads and cakes. So it is a fair price for €15. The room is small but i did have a glimpse of the lake. There are blinds that have an electric switch to turn them on/off. Cleaniness could have been better - blinds were dirty as were heater rails. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful. All in you stay for the view and being close to the lake.

Do checkin ao checkout foram impecáveis! As recepcionistas muito educadas. Quarto limpo e com uma vista fantástica para o lago. Café da manhã espetacular!! Tem máquina de café pra tomar à vontade. Voltando em Annecy me hispedarei novamente com toda certeza!

Super accueil, chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Bonne litière. Seul bémol, le store du volet qui laisse passer la lumière. Le parking est un plus

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind.

Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner bien diversifié et toujours copieux. En revanche, nous avons trouvé que la salle de bains était très spartiate et qu'il manquait quelques crochets pour les vêtements de nuit. En revanche pour le linge de toilette, tout était parfait.

Joli petit déjeuner européen varié et excellent. Magnifique vue juste à côté du lac. Personnel adorable serviableet très souriant. Chambre très propre. Literie bonne. Chambre un peu vieillotte
