You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.

The hotel interior is a bit tired and out of date and generally could benefit from a modern refit. However, the rooms are clean and comfortable and it’s good value for money, and located within a short walk or drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi is an added bonus. Parking onsite is free, but gets busy in the summer months. I would stay here again, thank you.

Dirty carpets, yellow bed sheets, a cockroach outside our room. You get what you pay for. Staff were nice.

Room was acceptable and sufficiently comfortable for the price paid. Was on ground floor so couldn’t leave window open when was hot. Walls quite thin

Didn’t start very well with a late check in. - room not ready. It then got worse! The room - bathroom - more hair on the floor in the shower than on my head! The flat screen TV - as big as my iPad and tucked around the corner. The beds - sprinkled with crumbs - cleaner eating lunch? Duvet was thick and heavy and no fan. Then to cap off - the guests that are incapable of considering other guests - noise, door slamming and the smell of weed! We have photos - we will not be showing them!

Nice, easy stay

Breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice. Parking was very good and secure it was on a first come basis

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was so tiny, no room to move even though it was a family room. The only toiletries was a small tablet of soap which was put on the white bedside cabinet so could not be seen, until the morning. The hotel was a hotel with the majority of the other accommodation as accommodation units like a holiday camp. The inside pool was actually an outside building with the pool inside. The parking had plenty of spaces.

Overall nice stay and great staff. But looks wise Property is bit dated and get back to you in 90s. Rooms were clean but pillows were as solid as rocks. Bathroom was bit congested.My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool .they alloted parking next to your window. I was there for one night.

We had a really pleasant stay at Laguna Hotel Bournemouth. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and they were always happy to help. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable rooms, useful facilities, and free parking, which made the stay even easier. The location is also very convenient, with Bournemouth town centre and the beach within easy reach. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and would happily stay here again.

Location is perfect to get to the town and beach. The room was tiny with hardly any storage so had to keep clothes in case, the shower has no pressure and is really hot even on the cold setting. The toilet roll holder is just about still on the wall and the TV Ariel has the wiring sticking out. The room was fairly clean, noone came in to top the tea and coffee up or empty bins. Didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that. We found staff not very friendly, parking is free which is a bonus.

Have stayed here several times.Location is ideal for buses. This visit i was surprised that another visitor was able to access my locked room using their key. When reported was told it wasn't possible and that I couldn't have locked my door properly. The fact that the other visitor was able to relocate the door after opening it proved that it was possible.

Very soft beds but lovely quirky hotel pool and games room were a bonus with the kids and the breakfasts were lovely

The rooms and bathroom are a bit outdated. There’s no AC or fan, so we had to open the windows to cool down, but that meant dealing with quite a bit of road noise all night. Tiny 21” telly - tbh, computer monitors are bigger than that these days. Parking is limited, so we had to park on the roadside. Not the place I expected so I wouldn’t recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay ☺️

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really superb, it was one of the best English Breakfasts I have had at any hotel. Rooms are clean, but a little bit dated. I would be happy to stay again. Thanks to the management & staff for a lovely stay.

We were unable to use one room due to it reeking of cigarettes. The other rooms were largely clean and comfortable.

This was our 2nd stay at Luguna Hotel Bournemouth. We were not disappointed, family room was a good size and beds were comfortable and everything is clean. Yes decor and bathroom is dated and could do with modernising however I believe this is reflected within the price. They have an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi suitable for children to have fun. A games room with pool and table tennis. Entertainment room was a decent size and most drinks are served in bottle or cans with a few optics @ reasonable prices. The hotel is a short walk from town centre approximately 15mins with a further 5mins to the beach depending on how fast u walk. Would I stay again absolutely yes if the prices remain fair.
