The room is very clean and big with good facilities. Room is with good sound proof. Supermarket is in the next street. Few minutes walk to tram station and 10 minutes to shopping centre

Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk! The hotel is a very short walk to the market square and nice shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the room was clean and lovely.

Finland is a green eco country. So the room has not been clean until we asked explicitly for its. Same for the towels. They were really stinky after 2 days due to humidity! In the room there was a note saying that if we wanted fresh towels we just had to leave them on the floor. Very unfortunately when we came back to our room in the evening they were still there lying on the floor. I went down to the reception to ask for clean towels they said I should have asked at the reception before 12:00. This is unacceptable. There is a coffee machine but they do not refill with the instant coffee sticks. We had 2 rooms (for a total of 2100 euros for 5 nights - comfort rooms). Finally, at the checkout they could not find the payments for the 2 rooms that I paid on arrival day. Fortunately I had the copy of the payments. Overall, our stay was not quite pleasant.

Excellent size room immaculately presented, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great size shower and bathroom also. Aircon was not needed at this time of year so no comment there but fan was quiet. Curtains blocked most of the light but have seen better. Breakfasts were well presented in a limited area. Location handy for parks walkable to the station with bags about 15 mins, to harbour about 7 mins, a range of restaurants within 10 mins. Staff very attentive and helpful 24 hrs.

Excellent choice when you sre looking for a small personal hotel in city center, yet off the busiest streets. Beautiful rooms and cozy breakfast is served with great products and freshness.

The Hotel Fabian in Helsinki was an amazing experience. The staff went over and above to make our stay amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with so many great healthy choices and the kitchen staff were marvellous. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

The “City View” looks out into a building. You can’t see the city at all. No soap in shower had to request it. Night staff Christian was rude. Everyone else was nice. No upgrade or any accommodation offered when I asked about the lack of city view which I paid for. The beds were nice but everything else seemed very budget which was a surprise considering the price of the room

Perfect hotel for a business trip. Within in walking distance from the harbor. Clean and brilliantly dressed rooms.

The staff is great, the hotel was very clean, breakfast selection superior, and the location is excellent for walking or transit. The hotel sits at the base of a lovely park with interesting shops within 5 minutes walk and there are many good restaurants close by. I've plans to stay there again next May while at a festival and I've recommended it to others planning to attend.
