近海邊，地點好。能望樓景又可望海，景觀不錯。環境清潔，廚房用具齊全。但回收垃圾未夠全面，可加強廚餘和紙的回收。

The receptionist and the repairman had very bad attitude. The lift is sting and very smelly. No one vacuumed the floor and it became very dirty day after day. The smoker made noisy beep sound. The balcony doors were extremely dirty and even block the view outside. There is no air-conditioning in the room. We needed to turn on the living room aircond and opened the two bedroom doors to let cool air in. These made noise to wake people slept in the other room. Overall speaking, that was a poor experience staying in this resort.

家庭旅遊是不錯啊！但同市區距離有半小時車程，交通並不方便，交通費變相貴了！

房间内餐具炉灶、洗衣机、烘干机齐备，两室一厅房间，有两个独立卫生间，还有个小阳台。卫浴之量一般。我们到达是他们那里的冬天，晚上需要盖毯子，毯子洁净度一般，好在可以铺在白色的被套（就是一层床单）上。还是白色的被子更加干净。不过考虑到价格才＄120每晚，而且周围风景好，有餐馆，有超市，有鱼市，可以自己做晚餐，性价比还是很不错的。

The balcony view was beautiful, and the parking was excellent. I felt my car was safe and secure.

Staff were very polite, friendly n welcoming. I got an upgrade which made my holiday stay excellent n memorable. It was quiet n clean rooms.

Room wasn't as advertised. Much older and wasnt clean in several places.

Plantation blinds broken in bedroom on a couple of windows so 530am wake up daily due to light in the room. Overall room was nice and balcony was beautiful - would definitely stay here again

This stay was extremely disappointing and felt completely misrepresented. The photos on Hotels.com show a modern, bright, renovated apartment. What I actually received was a very old and dated unit with worn furniture, cheap fixtures, and kitchen appliances that look decades old. The difference between the listing and reality is unacceptable. Privacy was another major issue. The balcony directly faces several neighbouring balconies, and people can see straight into both the living room and bedroom whenever the blinds are open. The only way to have privacy is to keep the blinds fully closed, which blocks all natural light. None of this is mentioned in the listing. I raised these issues with the property and asked for some form of compensation or a solution, but I was completely refused. No upgrade, no partial refund, not even an attempt to acknowledge the discrepancy between the advertised room and the one I was given. For the price I paid, this was not remotely worth it. The property should update its listing to reflect the actual rooms and stop misleading guests. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

Good value for money, good cleanliness, secure parking and a very well looked after property. Convenient location by the see a little away from the action. Staff very helpful.

Perfect for our short stay.

Convenient to most amenities and plenty of parking. Unit had everything and was perfect for our stay.

It was the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had ! I was refused entry at check in because I couldn’t provide a hard copy of the card I had paid for the room with . I had paid for the room with an electronic card to which there is no hard copy ! I even offered cash as the bond or another Visa card as bond to which I was refused both ! The told I didn’t have a booking and escorted of site ! Disspite the fact I had proof of the room being paid for in advance !

We would stay again - the pool and spa were so warm and great location. We had a studio room which was small but clean and functional… manager was really friendly and helpful.

We liked the location which is less built up and busy than other parts of the Gold Coast, but still convenient and just across the road from the beach. The thing we liked best, as it was a working holiday, was the lovely hot spa at the end of the day. The managers were also friendly and helpful.

Friendly and welcoming staff at check in. Accomodation clean and comfortable. Great facilities, spa and sauna. Good value for money, Will be back

Two stayed. Room is dated however it is nice, spacious and clean. Enough space for visitors (+2 or 3) as well as the balcony for use. Loved the kitchen space and being able to cook meals, big fridge was great + m/wave. Pool was heated, bonus during the cooler evenings. Happy we got a waterside view. Instructions to check in very clear and the lady was pleasant when we arrived late due to heavy traffic for the marathon (we weren't aware of). I did call ahead we may be late. Will definitely stay here again.
