房間乾淨也很大，唯一缺點就是浴室洗澡的地方很小，真的就是一個人站立的空間。

Very well

The Hotel Canoe hot pool has good view and is open for the guests stay at the motel. Room interiors look pretty new and clean. The floor could use a cleaner pattern.

I liked the free bus pass you get with your stay.

We stayed here for two nights. No problem that you have to check in across the street..simple and easy. Property is very close to everything and simple to get to with the provided bus pass ..parking was fine despite what you read..gas station super close was helpful for convenience items . electric and plug ins need updates..bring portable power..other than that..we loved the place

Wonderful place to stay in Banff. Clean with everything you need for your stay. We were also provided with complimentary bus passes to get into downtown Banff (although we usually walked as it is only a 15minute walk) and also to the Banff Gondola which was really useful. Would definitely recommend!

Staff and location was great

It's a bit tired around the edges but it's a fantastic mountain motel in an ideal location. Bed comfy, room big and bathroom immaculate

I would return just for the heated floor in the bathroom

Room clean Outside no clean

An older property but very clean and comfortable and one of the affordable properties we found in Banff.

Perfect location to catch the bus into downtown Banff or all along the Roam Shuttle root. Floor was a little dirty, only able to notice due to the baby crawling around. However a good overall room and amenities.

Was a great stay and a lot nicer than the last time i stayed there 15 years ago when it was Bumpers. Will definitely stay there anytime i go to Banff.

We didn’t have time to enjoy neither the spa (which is in the hotel on the other side of the street) nor the patio. But it was clean and we were given free tickets to use the bus which was great. Good stop!

Parking may be limited

The property needs some upgrades outside to make it alive and bright, outside was just so dull, dark and empty also we have stuff inside with dusts that's why i rated it 3, room has ample space which I appreciate. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent and friendly staff!

Very cute room with great vibes! Felt very clean, and wonderful, kind staff. Private room access was great, and beautiful views from the outdoor hot tubs.

It was fine for a price.

Located at the very beginning of Banff town, the Dorothy Motel was great value for money and a small but perfectly formed room. Nice touch from the owners at the canoe hotel where you check in by giving you free Banff bus travel and access to their hot tub. Loved this! Beds comfy and well designed interior made for a great room. Only downside was the noise!! The air con was ridiculously noisy and even when we turned this off, the noise from the room next door was so loud sleep was difficult! It didn't help that there were public roadworks directly outside the motel at the time of our stay that included concrete drilling at 8am either but this of course was not the motels fault! Without the noisy air con it would have been 9/10. Due to the noise it's sadly 5/10.
