位置真是極度方便，旁邊就是地鐵站巴士站和輕軌，全部1分鐘路程，另外酒店附近也有很多餐廳，以及步行可達的景點，部份員工態度友善，只有少數男性員工態度一般。

這是我這輩子住過最差的飯店，飯店的主管回覆的態度也非常的傲慢。 我透過hotels.com連續訂購了五個晚上的住宿，是我最後悔的事。 此飯店所使用的是讓人睡的非常不舒服的床，硬的有如石頭，睡在上面完全無法感受到有"放鬆休息"的效果。此飯店的空調系統應該很不乾淨，在昏暗的室內光線中，透過床頭小燈，發現落下的灰塵非常的多。將窗子打開空氣流通會舒服一點，但因為此飯店鄰近馬路非常的吵，關上窗戶睡覺卻因為空調系統很髒而讓我整晚過敏無法入睡。 我訂購了五個晚上的飯店，但連續兩晚無法充份休息，在無法退任何費用的狀況下，我還是放棄住宿訂購其他飯店。 分享給其他正在考慮此飯店的人，請千萬不要訂購此飯店。

The breakfast in hotel has good variety of food which you need in a breakfast. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. A lot of places that you can have supper. Underground station exit right next to the hotel door.

入住時和 Ibis Hotel Mitte 搞混了以至於多花了些時間，但這飯店的位置確實算不錯，就為在 U Bann 車站旁而已。安全措施做得十分好，能夠讓人安心入睡。可惜沒有冰箱

Nice breakfast, TV, two U bahn stop from Alexanderplatz

Rent och snyggt. Ganska små rum, men fullt utrustat. Tillmötesgående personal. Läget är perfekt med U-bahn och spårvagnar precis utanför dörren. Tätt med bra restauranger och barer i närheten.

De kamer had niets van privacy, geen muur tussen de douche en het bed. Het was veel te warm in de kamer, ondraaglijk warm. Maar met het venster open was er veel te veel lawaai van de straat om te slapen. Wel goed bereikbare locatie en bed was okay.

Das Personal war freundlich, eine Reklamation wegen eines beschädigten Toilettensitzes wurde allerdings nicht beseitigt.

Great rooms, service and friendly staff.

It was price/performance hotel but located very good and close to the public transportation. Hotel staff was quite nice and helpful. The room could be warmer.. No view, nothing extra (such as water, tea/coffee etc). Furnitures were old but the room was clean so I ignored the negative sides.

Wir wurden sehr schnippisch und unhöflich von einer Dame an der Rezeption behandelt. Generell hatte man eher den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter sich lieber mehr mit ihren persönlichen Themen als mit den Gästen befassen. Das Design des Hotels war unterirdisch und auch alles sehr runter gewohnt. Das einzig positive war die Lage. Wohl gefühlt haben wir uns nicht.

Cama horrível e com coberta pesada que tive que solicitar a troca depois de uma noite inteira sem dormir...a recepção me atendeu prontamente...só que não tinha canas separadas, infelizmente.

Personal amable

Affordable hotel. Next to U-Bahn station. Couple of stops to Alexanderplatz. Room was clean. Free tea/coffee and water station outside breakfast service was good. Staff helpful. Decor not very inviting. Room felt functional and not at all comfortable.

Excellent location to get public transportation for anywhere. Bed and bedding was comfortable. Room 412 is a U shaped room with wrap around windows. Odd sink and shower in the bedroom and it’s tight. I would stay again.

Great hotel, centrally located, with most things within walking distance and a metro stop right outside. Nice that you can also rent bikes there. Breakfast is above average, rooms are basic but fine. There’s quite a bit of street noise, so you’ll need to sleep with the windows closed, but since there’s air conditioning you can keep that on at night if it’s warm.
