飯店的人員非常友善的接待我們，並且詳細的推薦了許多餐廳、景點與交通方式。對於一個初次到威尼斯的旅人，非常需要這些幫助。飯店非常的漂亮，內裝也非常的乾淨舒適。交通位置非常的便利，要去大運河、彩色島或是機場都有非常鄰近的港口可以到達。整體來說非常推薦這家，這是我們這趟旅程最棒的飯店。

这是我在意大利旅行10天最满意的一个酒店！三星酒店我觉得比我在米兰住的四星级还要好！工作人员服务非常热情，早餐也特别的好！下一次去威尼斯我绝对还会住这里！离火车站走路7分钟，但绝对算是方便了！一切都很好！

酒店感覺非常新，衛生間設施一流且空間很大。早餐很豐盛，服務也非常讓人滿意。

因為是新裝潢所以房間很新很乾淨,但是第一天進去浴室洗澡時浴缸排水很差,有點塞住,經反應後隔天就好了,應是之前有阻塞吧!另外服務人員在我們Check in時也沒告知我們有早餐或是在哪有個小客廳可作休息用,所以我們沒想有任何福利,在我們當天要走了才發現飯店也沒做任何補救,諸如:折扣,,,之類,只叫我們上去坐,都吃飽了還做甚麼?所以我們給他評分很低!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! Wonderful location. Easy walk from the Venezia S.L. train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast available. Very clean and quiet.

It was raining when we arrived. Nicola carried our bags up the stairs. The front desk lady was very helpful with dinner suggestions. Our room was lovely. Beds were comfortable. There was water for us and she also brought us a bucket of ice. Loved the whole thing. Upon checkout, they carried our bags down and told us where to find transportation to our boat. Terrific people.

Room was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and even allowed us an early check in. Helped us carry our bags up the two flights of stairs and overall friendly. The hotel itself was in a good location - a little outside of the more touristy areas which we preferred so it was less busy.

The rooms are small in comparison to newer hotels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It should be noted that this property does not have an elevator but staff will carry your bags. The hotel is in close proximity to a water taxi stand and train station. The area much like all of Venice has restaurants and shops everywhere. The breakfast is similar to a continental breakfast with some hot items available. All in all it was a nice hotel.

Our favorite place in Venice. Great location close to the train station and away from the major crowds.

I had a great stay at Arcadia Boutique Hotel in Venice. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants, and transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.

Great hotel, fantastic location, amazing staff!

The staff here is incredible. The breakfast is delicious with made to order coffee. The room is very spacious and clean and so close to the train station making it very convenient. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the Guglie Alilaguna stop. 20/25 minute walk to St Marks with lovely restaurants at your doorstep. Breakfast was great & sets you up for the day. Couldn't have been happier with our stay here.

Localização muito boa. Fica numa rua movimentada ha poucos minutos a pé da estação de trem. Cama bem confortável. Café da manhã saboroso e com boa variedade. Equipe super educada e simpática. Me hospedaria novamente.

Had a lovely stay here this weekend. So central and convenient to waterbus stop. Spotless , beautiful hotel . Staff was so nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices hot and cold. Cannaregio is a lively but nice quiet area of Venice. With plenty of bars and restaurants . Loved my stay

Hab ein schönes Zimmer mit Badewanne gehabt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.Die Entfernung vom Bahnhof ist nicht weit.
