This property was the perfect location for relaxation and easy stroll to conveniences. The location is great. However, comparatively priced properties we have stayed at provided better quality utensils and ammenities. The things that we noted was the algae in the base of the shower screen which clearly is due to lack of ventilation in bathroom. However, should be kept clean. If using clothes dryer the floor is actually a safety hazard due to excessive condensation on the floor. The lack of hot water for a shower for two people is not ideal. The doona had no cover and a very visible yellow stain which is undesirable. Unfortunately we would not return to this property for the above reasons.

Just returned from a 10 day stay. Nice location, excellent facilities. All my dealings with staff really good. Within walking distance to beach and restaurants. There is nothing negative I can say. I will be back, hopefully for a longer stay'

Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. When I arrived and entered my apartment it was clear it hadn't been cleaned, bra insert on the floor, envelope from previous guest on the floor - they came up and did a quick vacuum and mop when I called. I also found the AC was suitable for cooling the living area but found the bedroom hot. The shower was still full of sand, and I didn't have hot water till I called through and was advised to switch the breaker on. At this point I was already feeling like "that guest" so I didn't report anything further. I found the key was hit and miss in the lock and sometimes took several minutes of jiggling. I had family stay in other apartments and can confirm they did not have these issues. I ended up checking out 24 hours early because I was frustrated.

Room was very clean , modern and had a nice balcony overlooking the water . Staff were good with communication, we would stay here again . Highly recommend…👍

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great location

Excellent especially the washer and dryer in the bathroom and the private roof top . Large unit and very comfortable bed .

Excellent location nearby the Wharf

Everything was great. Room was very neat, clean and tidy.

Our rooftop unit at the Excellsior was great. It was clean, had everything you could possibly need, and the staff was phenomenal.

I would stay again. Great value for money.

Staff where friendly and lovely room was was clean however Kitchen cupboards and draws where messy and had crumbs in them open packet of rice and mis matched plates and cups all over the place and where not very clean. Luckily we where only there for 2 nights but I wouldn't have used the kitchen.

We enjoyed a great short break. The staff greeted us with smiles and a surprise ungrade. The unit was all class, quality in Al aspects. Comfortable bed, quality furnishings and appliances. Great views and proximity to the water and many walking destinations. Secure vehicle parking.

This room was lovely (21). Water view, spacious, walking to club, jetty and attractions. Reception friendly and helpful. Definitely staying again.

Spacious, clean apartment facing the river. It was a short walk to the beach and the Wharf for bars and restaurants

We would definitely stay again, location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable. Beds were soft and nice to sleep in. My young teenager had to leave our accommodation after the 1st night to join his team at the QLD representative camp for the remainder of our trip and he struggled leaving the location and comfy bed compared to where he stayed next. He kept saying we had the best accommodation by far and wanted to come back. Thank you

Good position

Bathroom was very mouldy and dirty. Stayed 9 nights with no fresh towels or sheets. Noisy dog at the property. Position was great @nd very quiet.
