Great breakfast. Staff was excellent. Will stay again.

A lovely hotel - good to look at inside and out. Well laid out - there were a few steps, though not may, but always a ramp as an alternative. Breakfast was excellent and the one night we ate in the hotel that was excellent too. All staff were lovely - very professional, so friendly and very helpful. The one not so good aspect was that all loungers around the pool were 'reserved with towels' from early morning, with most people not appearing until late morning or in some cases up to 1.00 pm. There was a sign saying any loungers not used for more than 2 hours, would have towels removed. That didn't happen. I appreciate this is a difficult thing to monitor but it is very annoying for those of us who don't practice that type of thing. There were actually a lot of loungers, though many of them were under the trees.

Cleaning was an issue. Pool not very well looked after, and lifts dirty. Room not really cleaned properly. Breakfast and staff excellent. Location not bad.

Room was great. Food was great. Staff were all great. Impressive hotel all round.

Das Hotel kann ich empfehlen!

Hôtel correct, mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et malgré nos demandes on nous a "assuré" que ca fonctionnait bien.. 28 degrés dans la chambre en rentrant le soir. Isolation des chambres est correcte, mais le manque de considération des autres clients rend les nuits courtes et le calme disparaît bien vite. Très propre, bien localisé dans un beau coin, mais ca s'arrête là. Bar et restaurant très agréable, ainsi que le spa.

Vor allem das Personal war super. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Alles war großzügig und sauber. Dieser Hotelaufenthalt war unser bester außerhalb Deutschlands Jederzeit gern wieder!

Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr bemüht. Man wird auch in deutsch angesprochen.

Alles perfekt , tolles Zimmer sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück der Knaller !!!! Mega gut . Anlage sehr schön viele Palmen und sehr viel grün und tolle Pflanzen. Wir kommen wieder

Coffee was terrible and if you asked for a decent cup there charges you for it, table and chairs on balcony were damaged and broken looked awful

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die AC hat nicht funktioniert … leider war in der ersten Nacht das Licht Dauer an, weil es einen Defekt gab. Inventionen nötig

Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff, lovely outdoor pools.

Reception was quick and easy. Welcome cava drink offered, helpful receptionist. No room upgrade was offered and we were escorted to the room.

Good parking availability and EV charging.

we wanted to be away from the crowds of Palma close to the sea.

Good location 5 mins walk to Port. Small beach around 10 mins walk. Relatively modern blocks around a nice pool. Furniture a little dated. Bike hire from hotel (check tyres before you leave) was useful to have a proper look around. Decent breakfast. Staff were fine. Pool lifeguard / attendant spends last 2 hrs of shift tidying up pool area rather than focused on swimmers.
