Nice hotel, everything is good, I very enjoy stay, this city is very beautiful, hotel location is on the hill and have are good view, staff very nice, arrange shuttle car and give us travel information 🙂👍

酒店位于马泰拉老城,对面就是拍马泰拉全景的经典位置.酒店由原来的洞窟房改造而成,非常有特色,不过相应的酒店条件也是有限的.由于位于老城,是在ZTL区域内,需要停在外面的免费停车场,然后由酒店的车载你进去(预定成功后酒店会发邮件).酒店员工也非常热情,为每一位客人介绍马泰拉老城所有可以逛的地方

Hotel was too dirty and smell

旅馆非常好，舒适而又富有特色。

Breakfast variety was not satisfactory

We loved our stay at here. Hotel is in a great location with an amazing view on the ravine and the oldest part of Matera. Restaurants in walking distance and well placed within the city. Staff was SUPER helpful, even helping us through a crazy situation when our rental car was almost towed from the free parking because of a misunderstanding about when it would close for the city to mow. Thank goodness their shuttle driver was there to translate the situation to the police! They even offered to pay the ticket we got since they had suggested this parking (not knowing that the city would be closing it to mow). Breakfast was great with a variety of options from proteins to pastries. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is adding a dehumidifier to each cave room. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room and it was quite humid making the linens feel almost damp. I’m sure this is normal for a cave, but I do think a dehumidifier would help! Beds were very comfortable and ac worked well. Overall a fabulous stay!

Du début à la fin cet hôtel était un réel plaisir. L’hôtelier vient vous chercher au parking à l'extérieur des Sassis . L’accueil est attentionné. La chambre véritable habitation troglodyte est superbement équipée et donne sur une petite terrasse face au « canyon ». Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Bref dormir dans une telle habitation au diapason de cette cité étonnante est une expérience qu’on oublie pas.

チェックイン、チェックアウト後のマテーラ市内の指定場所に送迎してもらえるのが、本当に助かりました。 お部屋も広くて使いやすかったです。 スタッフの皆さんはとてもら親切でした。

眺望が素晴らしいとのことで2泊しました。朝焼けの景色はマテーラでもうちが一番との言葉通りでしたが、ちょっと上ったところの夕景も素晴らしかったです。 　でもそれより、スタッフさんが素晴らしい。買い物に行きたいと言えば車で送迎してくれたり、チェックアウト後も最寄り駅まで送ってくれたり、相談すると嫌な顔もせず対応してくれました。マテーラのどん詰まりでアクセスは良くないので、シャトルサービスをうまく活用してください。 　このホテルだけではないのですが、マテーラに行くなら蚊除け必携で。

This was the most unique hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were most helpful and accommodating. The nice touch was while we were having a glass of wine on the terrace. The host brought us a complimentary appetizer.

Fantastisk sted å våkne opp med utsikt til grottene. Litt varmt på rommet. Betjeningen var svært og sjeldent hjelpsomt.

Ich habe womöglich noch nie die maximale Bewertung abgegeben - diesmal tue ich es. Die Abholung mit dem Shuttle am Parkplatz funktioniert perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung ist beeindruckend. Vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache - aber wer sich für zeitgenössisches Design interessiert, dürfte sehr zufrieden sein. Eine riesige Dusche (Rainshower) ist nur eine der vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Gerne wieder.

La atención de cada miembro del staff, fue maravillosa, el desayuno muy rico, la limpieza excelente, el lugar es privilegiado en ubicación, la habitacion espaciosa, tranquila, comoda, definitivamente regresaria a quedarme aqui
