The breakfast was ok, but there was no water in the rooms

Absolutely lovely, well kept hotel, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and the rooms couldn’t be faulted. I have to make another visit to Tralee in the next month or two and will be really disappointed if I can’t get booked into the Ballyroe lodge again. Food was excellent and the full Irish breakfast will set you up for the day. Keep up the good work and continue what you’re doing 👏 5 *****

Wonderful location with views across the valley. Well presented and modern with Good food and excellent service. The only thing was the lack of a fan in the room. A 30+ Deg heatwave in May In Ireland!! Overall highly recommend.

Chambre petite, pas de place pour les valises et pour circuler à 2 autour du lit. Bonne literie et salle de bain propre. Petit déjeuner succinct, buffet vide (plus de pains, patisseries, salade de fruits et jus de fruit) et pour les plats servis à la demande les œufs et les puddings étaient trop cuit et secs.

Loved the Ballyroe, great location travelling through Co. Kerry and Tralee. Amazing views from the hotel, lots of parking and a great included breakfast! Rooms were large and had everything you need, comfy beds and clean bathrooms and very quiet in the area! We usually need AC in our rooms but it was comfortable all the same and highly recommend.

I was in one of the refurbished rooms in the main building and it was absolutely fabulous. Having breakfast each morning in the Mountain View restaurant was a real highlight - stunning views. Located about 15 mins from Tralee where I was attending a conference and about 10 mins from stunning Banna Beach. Great location, helpful staff, well furnished with stunning views.

Beautiful room, unfortunately a number of of tv channels didn’t work. I ate in the restaurant, it was fine but nothing to rave about. They could have done with another member of staff helping in the bar.

The hotel seems to have had a recent face-lift, so everything looks good. Location of this hotel is amazing, especially for folks on a relaxed trip. The restaurant staff were very good - attentive and quick to address any requests. The made to order breakfast was way more that we could do justice to & was served piping hot - a truly good meal. Based on my checkin experience, the check in staff seemed to be relatively new to their work. They did not know where my room was and asked me room follow directions which essentially meant that late in the evening I had to carry heavy bags down multiple flights of stairs without a clue as to where my room was - a terrible guest experience for sure. Strangely enough the toilet flush in room 40 took over an hour to refill after every flush, while in most hotels its almost instantaneous these days. Hopefully the hotel fixes these hiccups, train their staff better and deliver on their potential as a good hotel.

This was our third stay here, and it was just as enjoyable as ever. This time the hotel was very quiet, which made for a really relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The newly renovated décor looks fantastic and gives the place a fresh, modern feel. Our room was spacious with plenty of room to relax, and the views were lovely. The food was excellent throughout our stay — breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and freshly cooked to order. The staff were also wonderful: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to chat or help in any way they could. A special mention to the lovely Kerry lady at breakfast (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name!) who really stood out for her warmth and friendliness. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family

This was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dinner was good and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but very warm. There was no way to turn the heat off. I called the front desk and was told the heat would shut off soon. They had no fan for the room to help cool it off. We was able to open the window for a while until bugs began flying in the room. The staff were nice, professional, and apologetic for the issue. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was great.
