Everything is perfect except of the bed, they put two single together to make it double but really uncomfortable.

The M Hotel is basically fine. The room is nicely designed, although it is a bit worn down. The location is good, with easy access to many places. However, there is one issue I cannot ignore. The reception charged an extra €16 for having separate beds, even though the booking confirmation clearly stated two separate beds. This was not indicated at the time of booking or in advance. I hope the hotel will look into this case, as this is not a fair practice, and I would not like other guests to experience the same. It is worth checking the bill and booking details upon arrival.

Hotel was goed gelegen met een betalende parking aan de deur op wandelafstand van Genk. De kamers waren netjes en de badkamer was vernieuwd.

Good for families and kids

The staff was great. The hotel needs some touch up and updating. I loved the park behind for walking and mall across the street for groceries to Apple Store or anything you forgot. Needs a little TLC

Room was filthy, strong smell of urine in the toilet, thick dust everywhere, shower was dirty and mouldy. Bedding stunk of old sweat. Poor quality mattress and pillows had the worst sleep. Room was freezing small heated provided that was a fire risk. Had the most annoying locks on the room door which would start sounding loud alarms. Felt really understaffed.

Utsikten över sjön vad fridfull

Fijne ruime kamer en een warm welkom, alleen hadden we vies beddengoed en uit de douchekop kwam maar een kleine straal water. Het duurde ook even voor er warm water was. Het ontbijt was ook goed en het bed lag wel lekker.

La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Elle nous a offert des coupes de bienvenue ce qui est très appréciable. L’hôtel en lui-même est très joli Le restaurant est beau mais cher pour un français En revanche la chambre est très mal insonorisé. Nous étions côté rue et nous avons entendu les voitures rouler jusqu’à à peu près minuit ce qui nous empêchait de dormir. Je note aussi que quand on se douche l’eau sans les égouts. Pour finir les toilettes était mal lavé, la cuvette était sale avec des traces ressemblant à du sang séché ou du caca. Je recommande qu’à moitié cet hôtel. Je pense qu’on n’a pas eu de chance sur la chambre.

Like the welcome drink at reception!

Pour des raisons médicales liés à mon handicap du dos, j'avais réservé et demandé un grand lit et pas de twin beds. Malheureusement j'ai eu comme même un twin beds qui s'est complètement ouvert au milieu la nuit et je suis tombée avec tout mon poids sous le lit. QUELLE HORREUR. JE PEUX VOUS ENVOYER LES PHOTOS.

Er was geen verwarming op de kamer.

Loved the view of the lake and its footpath around it. Breakfast was excellent The foyer and lifts were not too clean

Uitermate vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen. Nette en ruime kamer die helaas moeilijk te koelen viel en bij openzetten van raam veel geluid vanaf terras. Toegangsdeuren naar kamers sluiten met veel kabaal. Twee liften, waarvan één buiten werking en de overblijvende lift relatief klein en erg traag. Leuk restaurant, prima kaart en uitstekend eten en service. Wel lang wachten bij drukte.
