friendly and helpful staffs

It seems that they cannot sort out my payment is made to Expedia. Everything is good except this.

Good location. The gentleman is helpful. Room is okay. Except that a few messy during check out. We booked three consecutive nights through two different agents due to travel plan changed and room availability, with two nights prepaid, and we stated out this point when we check in, just to let them clarify payment status beforehead. However, the staff still seemed not very clear and confusing when we check out. Anyway, good stay and may consider to stay again, but will try to may the booking simple.

A bit noisy as my room was close to the road, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me.

Malheureusement j’ai eu la surprise de constater que votre chambre n’est faite que si vous en faites la demande. Vous pensiez qu’on vous changerait les serviettes, lit fait, nouveau papier toilette etc. Et non surprise en arrivant de votre travail le soir faut réclamer !!! Sinon l’ensemble est correct et personnel agressif.

Only issue we had was the AC in one of the two rooms we booked was not cooling down the room enough. Otherwise, we had a great experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast too.

The family room was very small, but adequate. Clean and quiet for a quick overnight stay. Front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly AT ALL. There are probably better options in the area.

We stayed here as a base for our visit to the beaches in Normandy. We parked at the hotel but the spaces are limited. Good restaurants near by which were walkable. Pizza restaurant next door was excellent. The room we had was on the top floor and were told at check in the elevator did not go to that floor. The desk person took are bags up the last floor. We are an older couple so I do not know if he just it because of age or it was standard. If you have a lot of luggage or need assistance you should write to them.

El menú del desayuno es muy básico. La habitación olía mal, tienen que revisar eso porque tiene un olor impregnado. El estacionamiento es conveniente aunque los espacios son muy chiquitos. La habitación también es muy pequeña. La persona en recepción fue muy amable

Chauffage trop fort, mais chambre propre et confortable

Parking is VERY limited, made a reservation for a night and upon arriving was told that we’re full after explaining repeatedly that I had a reservation they moved an employee’s vehicle giving me a spot.

Clean and nice room

Great location to train station and car rental. We'll stay again on our return visit to Caen.

Average breakfast with hot food cold. Staff would not serve a beer after midnight.and never informed us the bar would be closing. We ask for a beer at 00.02 and was refused.The room was small but clean.
