Wifi connection is slow, and often break line, not happy experience!

Great hotel to stay at. had everything i needed

Lovely hotel, nicely maintained and rooms are a great size

The hotel was good, but with some flaws. Having a pool and requiring guests to both pay extra to use it AND book timeslot in advance of your stay, is not good, i have stayed in many hotels and never encountered such restrictions. Breakfast was meant to open at 0630, and as we had and early flight, we stood ready at 0630, but it the staff in the restaurant did not see to be aware of the opening times, and only around half the food was ready. One day, the cleaning was not good, and the housekeeper left various things in our room, and neglected to replace toilet paper, and clean some of the room. Staff was generally friendly but seemed to be inexperienced sometimes.

Very happy with my stay, will defo come back next time. Thank you!

Exceptional

Really lovely hotel attended a wedding beautiful venue . Staff were all very helpful and polite would definitely recommend it.

Convenient stopover in London. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and continental foods, including freshly prepared poached eggs to order. The real bonus for us was the ample free car parking and fast chargers for electric vehicles.

I was astounded how expensive this hotel was for a pretty standard hotel. The staff gave me the wrong room number and I tried to get into the wrong occupied room. When I went to explain my plight the staff appeared burden by my request for the correct key and room and no apology was forth coming. I order a simple meal and was told the wait would be 30mins, 90mins later I was still waiting. When it arrived it was merely adequate. I would not stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. On the other hand, the blond woman who works in the bar is wonderful and treated us well. The car park is great to have and is free. We'd stay again.

Hotel in mezzo al parco molto bello e nuovo.

The booking and check-in were a bit haphazard, with a few mistakes. However, the staff sorted this out very well and everyone was happy.

The hotel had a private function on. Deafeningly loud music. Very close t our and other guest rooms. We could not sleep. Nobody could sleep with that going on. Complained. They said it would go on until 1am. Absolutely awful

i had a great mini break here. The staff were so friendly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and very attentive. I’ll definitely be returning.
