Very clean, comfortable bed, but the parking lot is a bit crowded

入住當天房間還沒準備好，delay 30分鐘才入房，所以入住的時候房間地板濕濕的，拉著行李進去，所以地板都弄髒了，廁所地板也是濕的，感覺不舒服

La chambre était très propre et la piscine aussi. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et diversifié. Tout était bon et rapidement remplie. Le personnel était prêt et disposé à nos demandes. L’endroit était paisible et à côté d’une rivière. Parfait pour aller prendre une marche. À refaire!

Chambre confortable avec grande baignoire. Coin sympa avec piscine. Petit déjeuner moyen. Un peu industriel, pas d'omelette, pas de jambon, café médiocre. Personnel sympa mais jeunes étudiants ne connaissant pas le coin et manquant d'informations sur les alentours.

L’environnement extérieur est exceptionnel avec vue sur la rivière des Mille-Iles. Le confort de la chambre. Le calme qui règne dans l’hôtel à chaque visite. Moins aimé: Le peu de stationnements

Great outdoor space with pool right by the river. Perfect for summer.

Cadre reposant et très agréable. Personnel serviable et très à l’écoute surtout les filles de l’accueil. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner a été notre seul bémol. Nous aurions préféré quelques légumes et du pain frais. Le fromage pas au RDV, pas de charcuterie. Et surtout l’employé du lundi au vendredi pas très agréable.

Super service, chambre très propre, beaucoup de choix au déjeuner. Hôtel super bien situé, beaucoup de choix de restaurant à proximité. Je recommande fortement cette établissement!

Hotel bien situé et chambre tres bien. La piscine est peut etre un peu petite mais cela reste acceptable

The shower and the bathtub were definitely the highlight as they were very nice and clean also. HOWEVER the bed and the cushions were horribly hard and uncomfortable. Also the AC unit in the room was the loudest machine I have ever witnessed! I was unable to sleep not even an hour because of it. And mind you the AC was left at around 19-20 (I wouldve left it colder even if it wasn’t this noisy since it was warm in the room) so it was not at a crazy cold temperature, and since its the summer in a room with a bath it NEEDED AC…. So this pretty much ruined the trip for me and had to cancel the other night I had because of this. The TV in the room was also not connected to the internet & would not connect to anything (phones and such) through its own system even if it was supposed to be able to. Overall I would be willing to try the hotel again in a different room or in the winter so I wouldn’t need AC as the room in itself was actually nice. But the hotel needs to update their bedding & AC units stat….

Unique hotel on an island, about 30 minutes from downtown Montreal. Close to great restaurants. Public transport to the city is not really a viable option. Property was pretty well maintained. The staff was kind. The continental breakfast was lovely. Plenty of parking - I would suggest travelling with a car.
