Clean room. Best bedding!

I picked this hotel as it was close to the ACC and restaurants.

For the amount we paid I expected better. Yes, it was clean. Many lovely door people etc But only a plug on one side of the bed. No cups to fill your water. Buffet breakfast was expensive and truthfully no better than a breakfast that is included in your stay at a chain hotel on the highway. The location is amazing and the place is clean but again, for the money…

Staff were amazing, room clean & modern and fair size, valet was quick and very reasonable for $58 a night, highly recommend and will be back again

Clean and modern room

I did really enjoy the stay, would be so excited about the ability to stay again in the future. The only thing is it’s connected to multiple buildings and the fire alarm went off early in the morning for the building and it was super loud and concerning for a moment as it woke us up and we didn’t know what to do. The hotel though sent out a text explaining we didn’t need to evacuate. Bed was super comfy, wish I was able to sleep longer without that alarm 😅

Awesome place to stay

So convenient, wonderful service and a beautiful hotel. We attended a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it was right beside us.

The bar service was exceptional, Hotel desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Always a great stay

Wonderful staff, clean rooms quiet hotel for being downtown, and wonderful for a business stay. Food was delicious in the bar downstairs. Great to be so close to Billy Bishop airport.

The bed was so comfortable and the room spacious and spotless. The only thing that was poor was the noise insulation as there was a lot of outside noise coming into the room.

Fire alarm went off during our stay with no communication and was disruptive
