Bei Ankunft wurde ich sehr nett empfangen und habe ein Zimmer Upgrade erhalten. Frühstücksbüffet war super, mit einer Eier Station. Der Outdoor ist ein absoluter Traum!

The room had the worse lighting and no AC. We changed 3 rooms as the rooms were burning. Finally the third room had a fan that we used

Incredibly clean, great condition and amazingly friendly staff. So quiet, great places to eat in the village.

Rooms are OK , the outside property however is very nice , a beautiful lands scape with a small natural pond to swim in Very kind and helpful staff

Sehr angenehmes und gut ausgebildetes Personal. Top Frühstück und sehr ordentliche warme Küche. Ein großer Garten . Y bin Die Zimmereinrichtung dürfte 40 Jahre alt sein. Der Zustand war u. a. so, dass die Duschtür defekt war und ein duschen wegen fefehlendem Wasserdruck nicht möglich war.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, sehr freundliche ältere Dame beim Check in am späten Abend.. beim Frühstück war das Personal sichtlich überfordert ..

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Schwimmteich und Gartenanalage sowie Innenpool. Saubere, zweckmässige Zimmer. Schmackhaftes Essen, sehr gute Weine und 'gebrannte Wasser'! Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!! Waren auch als Motorradfahrer willkommen. Jederzeit wieder und danke dem ganzen Personal.

First impression of the hotel is great. Nice hotel lobby, eating area, garden etc. Nice breakfast buffet, service personnel is helpful and friendly. However, the hotel offers according to their brochure and webpage free bikes - they did not have/possess any bikes. The rooms were old and run down. The style of the rooms does not fit the initial hotel impression. For 220 Euro per night (incl. breakfast) I'd expected a bit more. The room had a balcony (great view), but was dusty und dirty (bird droppings everywhere). The bathroom did not include paper tissues or lotions etc. The towels were old and not very appealing. The hotel also had an indoor swimming pool, which was nice and seemed clean. Overall, the hotel seems to live in two time zones... modern and nice in the general area, old and run down (must have been the 70's/80s) in the rest of the hotel.

In perfetto stile altoatesino cura dei dettagli, cibo, cortesia, qualità e struttura mozzafiato. C'è anche un laghetto naturale con zona attrezzata per relax a bordo laghetto con ninfe e tanta tanta natura

Sauna macht erst um 15 Uhr auf und hat leider keinen Zugang zum schönen Garten. Die Zimmereinrichtung war recht altmodisch.

Fint hotell med god service. Passet fint for oss med MC.

Alles bestens, gut geführtes Haus, für eine alleinreisende Frau sehr persönlich gestalteter Aufenthalt.. Ist weiterzuempfehlen.
