Great staff. It was very nice to have coffee and water available all the time!

The room was clean and comfortable, although the bed was a little hard. We needed a taxi to the train station for our departure. I was disappointed that the hotel staff did not inform us that there was no local taxi service. We ended up paying 40€ to be transported about 10 blocks.

Bellissimo hotel e personale gentilissimo.

Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and truly went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had never been to Italy, but they made us feel right at home and even helped us find the better restaurants in the area. The breakfast every morning was amazing, and the other amenities were so helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

This was an excellent place to stay. We’re glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with our extra requests. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Love this place

A fantastic stay, from check-in to check-out, all Hotel personnel were always present and available for everyone. A big Thank You to Ms. Elisa, she was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything I asked her about the Aviano area.
