Ficou abaixo do esperado para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas. O hotel tem uma boa localização, porém a estrutura precisa de uma renovação urgente. O quarto apresentava diversos problemas de manutenção que não condizem com a categoria anunciada. O quarto não possuía cortina, fazendo com que a luz do sol entrasse logo ao amanhecer. No banheiro havia fios expostos, o box estava danificado e alguns detalhes demonstravam falta de manutenção. O anúncio dizia ter estacionamento e academia, porém não tinha academia e ao ler os comentários faz tempo essa história de que a academia está em manutenção. Outro ponto negativo foi a internet, que não funcionava no quarto, precisávamos descer para as áreas comuns para conseguir conexão. Apesar de termos relatado os problemas, não nos foi oferecida a possibilidade de troca de quarto durante a estadia. O hotel tem potencial pela localização e pelo edifício histórico, mas atualmente considero que a experiência está mais próxima de um hotel 3 estrelas do que de um verdadeiro 4 estrelas. O serviço de quarto era de baixa qualidade

Aamiainen oli kohtuullinen. Henkilökunta auttavaista ja ystävällistä. TV ssä paljon kansainvälisiä elokuvakanavia. Ilmastointi vähän niin ja näin, kun on päivällä n.+30 C... - no yöllä helpotti kun ikkuna oli auki... Varauksen ilmaista viinipulloa ei ollut, mutta minibaarin sisällöstä ei veloitettu. Hotellin sisustus on hauskaa kitshiä, muka vanhaa, vaikka moderni talo.

On arrival the very friendly receptionist got my stay off to a great start. However, then came breakfast on Sunday morning and there was no coffee, they shrugged and said they had run out. On Monday morning, exactly the same thing, staff again shrugged and couldn’t care less. On Tuesday morning finally coffee was available. Breakfast without coffee just isn’t on.

Good breakfast, but had expected more arts of bread. They serve just white bread, but there’s a toaster!

The hotel is made old on purpose but is modern enough in its ammenities. The breakfast was very complete and tasty. The rooms cozy but functional.

Frühstück war Katastrophal. Kaffeemaschine ging an 2 Tagen nicht, es gibt nur Toast, Rührei & Spiegeleier waren kalt. Zimmer sind ok. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu wenig Qualität.

Ambientazione un po’ kitsch ma personale gentile e disponibile. Collocazione abbastanza comoda anche se non centrale. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta salata e ancora meno dolce. Comunque nel complesso adeguato al costo. Buona la pulizia.

Det var et helt fint hotel. Vi fik gratis vandflasker hver dag. Personalet var venligt, og hotellet lå centralt, med flere restauranter i nærheden. Der var Meget lydt på værelset, man kunne tydeligt høre alt fra gangen. Om natten var der dog heldigvis stille.

bottle of wine for VIP status was not available, parking also not available, guest had to walk 300m to another hotel parking, this is not convenient and not according to the offer. Window curtains are pointless, cannot cover the whole window.

Very nice stay overall. The decoration in the lobby is very fun and still cozy. The room was comfortable with AC and good bathroom. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. For the price it was an excellent experience.
