Nice and clean room and good location

Great breakfast and also room services from the bar. Staffs are friendly. Nice and clean room. If only there’s a washing machine and dryer it would be perfect.

Super value for money in this big room, great service and fabulous location hotel.

Unless you have a full itinerary don’t stay in Pamplona more than two days. Front Desk personnel very nice and informative Please staff accordingly… very little personnel (it is an abuse and I’m sure you don’t pay the well) “Capitalistas” in the bar cafeteria it gets packed with regulars which is good, but I had to go out for breakfast… thanks God for Starbucks. You shouldn’t be cheap and offer free breakfast after people pay for your rooms so much

The walls are extremely thin so you can hear absolutely everything in the neighboring rooms.

Fantastic hotel in the old town centre , bedroom was large and very comfortable , great service from the team and breakfast was excellent ! Parking close by ….which was an added bonus, very happy to return or recommend

The staff were obliging and supportive for a an older Person travelling alone. It was appreciated.

Es sencillo encontrar el estacionamiento xq está camino al hotel. Dejamos el carro ahí en en el hotel nos ayudaron con El check-in. La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. El desayuno -buffet muy adecuado. El personal muy amable y las opciones de comida en el Caravinagre muy sabrosas

The restaurant staff were amazing. Service drinks and food was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The staff were helpful. I slept great in the hotel before the walk the next day. I had been awake for over 24 hours. The bed was so comfortable. They gave us a map of the city so that we can get our El Camino de Santiago passport for our walk. Thank you.
