Bathroom was clean but horribly designed Could reach the toilet paper when sitting on the toilet Shower was extremely small Bed was like a wooden board. Would not recommend for comfort but was clean

C’est toujours un plaisir que de faire une halte dans cet hôtel simple et très accueillant. J’y vais surtout pour l’emplacement et la vue splendide. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Il y a aussi un spa jamais testé en revanche.

Really could do with some coffee/tea making facilities in thr room, like every other hotel on earth has. Didnt really appreciate the dog barking in the morning. Also...because of the hard wooden floors, the cleaners moving beds sounded like all hell breaking loose. Reception staff were really good, but the three younger staff in the restuarant were dreadful.

Lovely lounge area and staff were very friendly. Nice spa area which is FOC before 4pm. Room was a bit small, not to well insulated and dark but lovely views and WiFi was very good for a hotel

Struttura ben arredata, SPA, parcheggio, vicina a tutte le attrattive. Personale gentilissimo. Ristorante con ottime scelte. Super consigliato.

Great hotel

although the weather was working against us a bit, we had a great time in Pila. When the clouds finally cleared it turned out we had an amazing view of the Mont Blanc from our room! The staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!

Luoghi paradisiaci

Struttura veramente ben tenuta ed organizzata in modo eccellente dopo il problema del COVID-19. Non avevamo grandi pretese sia per la durata del soggiorno che per il motivo del viaggio (passeggiate e relax). La posizione però ci è piaciuta molto: tranquilla e vicino ai sentieri che abbiamo deciso di affrontare. L'unica sera che ci siamo fermati a cena siamo rimasti molto contenti sia per il prezzo che per la qualità del cibo.

Struttura funzionale a pochi metri dai percorsi di trekking il personale giovane gentile ed efficiente la pulizia buona la cucina ottima, lo chef molto bravo e fantasioso assolutamente da provare,nel complesso in una scala da 1 a 10 darei un bel 9 consigliato.

Super aperitivo organizzato dalle 6 di sera; un miniclub per i bambini sarebbe il top mentre i genitori si rilassano al centro benessere

L'hôtel est très bien. Petit déjeuner correct, Spa très agréable et le personnel très sympa. Dommage que notre chambre, située juste en-dessus de la salle à manger était aussi mal insonorisée.

We stayed four nights at Hotel La Chance in a junior suite with our teenage daughter. The room was very nice, with a fantastic view of the mountains, a balcony, a nice bathroom and ample closet space. We did not experience much noise from the adjacent rooms. The hotel has a room to store skis and boots. This works well, however the walk to the lifts - even if not long - is quite steep and hard if you walk in boots and carry your skis. We instead left the skis overnight at the rental shop, and went by own car to the large parking area by the lifts every morning. It is a 3-minute drive. Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was very fine. The hotel has a spa, which is supposed to be good. We did unfortunately not find the time to try it. On our last day, we checked out in the morning and came back for our luggage in the afternoon. We were offered to shower and change in the spa's changing rooms. They were nice, bright and clean. The bar in the reception area was beautiful, made out of different types of wood. The selections was great. The hotel, and the entire Pila skiing area, is a quiet and nice place.

Cet hôtel propose tout le confort pour un séjour à la montagne, tout est structuré et organisé de façon à passer un bon séjour en famille. Le personnel est agréable et prêt à vous aider ou à vous faire découvrir des spécialités locales. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était très propre, grande avec un balcon.

Super hôtel avec vu sur le mont blanc, grand espace de verdure plat devant l'FVtel. personnel accueillant et agréable. dommage de ne pas avoir pu manger sur la terrasse le soir ou le matin malgré une température adaptée. Literie un peu légère en terme de confort mais réservé cet hôtel qui est très agréable. FV

Albergo molto bello in splendida posizione, a due passi dai sentieri escursionistici e dalla seggiovia. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile per ogni esigenza. La stanza molto grande e comoda.
