1485年修建的歷史建築。服務很好。餐廳食物質很高，無論早餐還是晚餐。酒店地點屬於郊區獨立的山丘上。附近可以hiking。一年四季的恆溫泳池（有點小）。我們入住的55號房間清潔程度一般，房間行李處角落有蜘蛛網，客廳門側有隻巨大的灰黑色蜘蛛。我平時最怕蜘蛛。其餘都很棒。前台還有位長得很像prince Harry的男生，他人很nice。哈哈。

Wonderful stay in a beautiful scenery. Friendly and helpful staff

Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. The room we had was exceptional and came with a small garden which again was heaven for the dog. The stay in a place like this is always about the staff though, who were great. Particular shout out to Marly who was the perfect blend of professional and warm and to the older chap who was training one of the new staff when we arrived and was particularly good as well. The only thing I would ask to improve is that there be some way established for people with dogs to enjoy the restaurant rather than only the pub. I’m sure it could be achieved somehow.

The hotel lacked the polished service and five-star finesse one would reasonably expect, particularly within the restaurant and lounge areas. Table service was notably absent, requiring guests to collect their own drinks from the bar. During dinner, only part of our order was processed by the waiter, leaving some of the party waiting for meals that had not been entered. The experience culminated in one guest leaving without dining at all while the remainder of the party had already eaten. In addition, the spa facilities were disappointing, with the jacuzzi not fully functional and used towels left around the area by guests, creating an untidy and poorly maintained environment.

The staff and the property are lovely

We loved our three nights at Ellenborough Park. What a gorgeous property. The room we had was number 40! Looked like a bridal suite!. The food was fabulous and great bar. The spa was excellent. Kevin is a great manager! Max, Charlie, Bernadette and all the other waiters were fabulous! The Sunday lunch was great! We will definitely be back for another visit!

It was a wonderful way to have a to have a little bit of luxury for my sisters Birthday. The facilities and staff were wonderful and the food was really scrumptious.

A long overdue trip back to where we held our wedding 25 years ago, staff excellent & very attentive & made our stay extra special. A very special hotel

I wish we had had more time to enjoy the property amenities, but the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Really a luxury experience after a long day hiking the Cotswold Way. We also highly recommend the restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner and a really lovely breakfast before leaving the next morning.

Our room was "musty dinginess" being sold as "old world charm" (we even had cobwebs for that extra dose of authenticity). Property overall was fine, albeit a little underinvested perhaps, and the people were generally very nice, but overall the hotel was not remotely worth the money they are charging.

3 star property at best, The grounds are in okay condition. It feels very historic, but not very well maintained, with dust and cobwebs in many spots. Service is quite inconsistent - some people were very friendly, while others seemed as if they were still in training. Beds were poorly made and there was a tear in the skirt, which is not normal for a 5 star hotel. I would definitely NOT call this a spa hotel - the spa service was absolutely lacking, the “retreat” was disappointing (and cost extra!) and the pool chairs are cheap and uncomfortable with cushions that make you slide right off - very strange place for a hotel to go skimp, especially when the pool is so heavily featured in all marketing.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and accommodations. The room and bathroom were extremely large and beautifully appointed. We ate at the restaurant one evening and the food and ambiance was great. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Absolutely beautiful hotel grounds with good and relaxing vibes! The swing at the garden is a place you shouldn’t miss, the view is gorgeous indeed! I’m staying with kids and surprisingly they enjoyed the stay a lot! Staff are wonderful, polite and helpful, thank you Grace and John at the reception who made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely recommend this place and I hope I’d be back again one day!!

From arrival & pulling up in front of the beautiful grand house, full of old world charm, to checking in to our well appointed junior suite, the staff were attentive & polite, the food was delicious, locally sourced & served with attention to detail. The bar provided a fantastic selection of food & drinks & Champagne seemed to be the order of the day, we even tried a pint of Clarkson's local brew. Set in its own well kept grounds over looking Cheltenham racecourse, which was only a short walk though beautiful countryside, we felt a sense of tranquility & relaxation. With a lovely heated outdoor pool & entertainment areas, our stay never felt over crowded. After our 2 night stay we felt refreshed, having been well attended to by the staff. Check out came all too soon from this 5 Star luxury hotel & we left following an amazing breakfast. If you want to enjoy a quiet & unassuming luxury hotel, oozing with history & class, Ellenborough Park certainly ticks all the right boxes.
