首先，网上说的很吵闹并不觉得，可能是我拿到了一个二楼的房间（15）。wifi信号别的地方不错，这15房间里挺差劲的。另外，他并不提供牙刷牙膏。总体上来说不错，旅游区嘛价格也不是离谱。另外二楼阳台的景色不错，日落的时候等天气凉快一点，可以坐在沙发上看太阳从火山边上落下来，除了面前有几根电线挡住了视线。

La ducha estaba increíble la cama también, la almohada un poco dura, el A/C sonaba mucho en la noche y el parqueo está lejos a unos 100m y el parqueo estaba con mucho zacate.

Liked it just fine and the location was nice.

Location is perfect. Good pricing. Free parking and breakfast included. Very helpful front desk lady who gives great tips for do’s and dont’s if you ask her.

Incredible value. This family run hotel delivers all the basics you need, plus a family touch of caring to the guests. From the moment I arrived, I knew I picked a great place. The lady checking me in was over the top helpful I sharing information and explaining the amenities of the hotel. She shared it is all family run. My breakfast in the morning was even cooked by the matriarch of the family... so humble and kind. She just wanted to make sure I enjoyed the food. I didn't know she was the owner of the hotel until later. The rooms are basic, not fancy. My room was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The upstairs lounge is fantastic... I spent hours looking at the volcano from the relaxing lounge space. The location cannot be neat. You are in the heart of the town and it is very easy to get what you need. A well stocked and large store is at the corner, so you can get all the food, supplies, and drinks you need. When I return to La Fortuna, there is no doubt about where I am staying!

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of la Fortuna. Our room offered an amazing view of the volcano and for those who did not have a view facing it there was a public area with dining table to enjoy the view. The hotel offers a laundry service at a fee which was really helpful after being caught outside in the rain. The first day we arrived one of the lights in our room was broken and it was fixed by the next day free of charge. Would definitely come back here if visiting la fortuna again :)

El hotel pequeño pero acogedor, céntrico, muy familiar, la atención de los propietarios es magnífica. El desayuno típico rico.. Se mantiene limpio, y el staff son muy amables.

It’s a simple hotel, humble and decent room (no fridge in the room). Very pleasant staff, nice view of the volcano. Parking is 100m away (the gate is locked, you have to unlock and park your car, but it’s very hard to pull the gate. Overall nice stay.

We kind of liked this place but they are not great with details. We left towels on the floor and they just hung them back up instead of washing them. The soap in the shower is so bad that I'm actually mentioning it in an online review lol. The room wasn't the cleanest, but not the worst either. And we liked the breakfast okay, but one day they randomly did not provide it even though we were promised that in the Expedia listing. Oh, and one night a group of people were extremely loud and when I tried to contact hotel staff for assitance, the phone number from google was disconnected, no one was at the front desk, and messaging the hotel on Expedia never got any response. So I'd say they are bad with communication. Luckily the loud group stopped before 11pm but it doesn't seem like the staff had any hand in that.

Room was clean. The highlight of the hotel is the second floor open area with a clear view of the Volcan Arenal. Our stay was very short, only one night, but it is one of the most centrally located accommodation in La Fortuna.

Das Personal - egal ob Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Küche - war super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt mitten in La Fortuna. Das Busterminal liegt in direkter Nähe, diverse Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel ist vorhanden Von der gemütlichen Terrasse im 1. OG hatte man ein tollen Blick auf den Vulkan. Dort wurde auch das traditionelle Frühstück angeboten. Wer wollte konnte sich dort abends vom zum Hotel gehörenden Restaur ant/Sportsbar bewirten lassen. Zum El Salto, La Fortuna Wasserfall und eine vorgelagerten Kakao-Plantage sind nach kurzer Wanderung gut zu erreichen, ebenso der Burgain Trail. Wir hatten in den ersten Nächten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Darauf würden wir beim nächsten Mal verzichten. Die Tür ist nicht dicht und das Zimmer liegt im 2.OG direkt an der Straße wodurch es Recht laut war. Fast noch störender waren die extrem hellen Werbetafeln der gegenüberliegenden Geschäfte. Trotz der Vorhänge war es Recht hell bei Nacht. Gut war an dem Zimmer die vorhandene Klimaanlage. In unserer letzten Nacht hatten wir ein innenliegendes Zimmer. Dies würden wir bei einem erneuten Besuch vorziehen

Staff very friendly. The common areas beautiful and modern. The rooms felt almost like a hostel- but with privacy. They were not super elegant by any means but they got the job done. There was noise at night from the street.
