Nice staff.good service

Frukosten var bra! Personalen var supertrevliga. Sängen och kuddarna var inte sköna, och det var väldigt lyhört.

The hotel is good but has no atmosphere the staff don’t go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. It’s just a job to them. I wouldn’t stay there again even though the accommodation was good it was just unwelcoming to us. Breakfast typically Italian nice choice of cold meat and cheese and sweets. There was no directory to contact the front desk or housekeeping when we ran out of toilet paper we tried 0 and 1 no answer definitely the staff need to brighten up and show some enthusiasm.

Hotel was very comfortable, in a hood location and staff accommodating. Note standard street facing rooms can be noisy. Better to be on higher floor facing away from the street if you are noise sensitive

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location to explore Palermo. The airport bus drops you right at the front of the hotel and the view from the rooftop bar is second to none. The breakfast is also very good, offering a range of options, in addition to local fare. We also had a lovely view of the square from our room, which was quite large. Highly recommended 😎

You can’t beat the location. Close to public transportation and city Centre. My only knock against would be the double bed but then again we sleep on a king back home. The pillows were not comfortable either.

A good choice for Palermo. We stayed in a Superior Double for 2 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel was very well located for walking around Palermo and the room was clean and everything in it worked well. The parking facility also worked well – we pulled up outside the hotel (it was easy to avoid the restricted ZTL areas), unpacked our bags and gave our key to the receptionist. Checkout was equally smooth and our car pulled up outside within a few minutes of our request). The parking charge was 23 euros per night but it worked well. We didn’t use the restaurant although we did visit it with the aim of having a drink – we were met with “do you have a reservation as we only have 30 covers”. We were shown a seat but we left before ordering our drink because of the slightly clumsy welcome (I think it was the manager at the time who spoke to us so no reflection on the other hotel staff who were very friendly). It may have just been a translation issue and wouldn’t stop me staying here but reviews are for feedback and if it is just for a drink we would go elsewhere. We did have breakfast in the breakfast room both days and that was good (although they seemed a bit short staffed and therefore slightly rushed they worked hard to keep people happy). There was a decent selection of food and at a decent quality too. We would stay again and the only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that we had better stays on our Sicily trip and have judged this accordingly.

Beautiful, small hotel in the nicest area of Palermo. Across the street from the Piazza Politeama with it commanding sculpture on view from our window. ( ask for a room with a view) Small but lovely roof top bar for apertivi, great breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with clean, quiet rooms and great air conditioning. Staff were super helpful and the rooftop bar is amazing!

Os pontos altos deste hotel são a localização e o rooftop. O edifício é antigo, mas foi reformado recentemente. Os quartos são simples e, devido à categoria do hotel, poderiam ser mais confortáveis e aconchegantes.

Un hotel muy céntrico para caminar al centro histórico, el area segura y el hotel muy cómodo, personal muy atento, cuentan con parking con valet, lo cual es muy cómodo si traes carro. El desayuno muy rico y completo.

Gabrielle was the front desk clerk that greeted us when we arrived and was always helpful and patient with any and the many questions we had for the beautiful city of Palermo and island of Sicily! If top management sees this review please know that this young man made our stay in your hotel very special !

Showers are tiny.

Breakfast was great,a lot of choice.Very well located to sites and restaurants,yet not to busy at night.
