Overall great place enjoyed my stay

Great access to pool and hot tub when staying at ecolodge. Clean and friendly staff.

Walking distance from the village of Wakefield, yet it felt like it was in the middle of nowhere. The staff were friendly and 100% bilingual. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The restaurant food was great and the sound of falls in background created a nice ambiance. The wooden exteriors of the building are starting to show their age, but that was the only negative I can think of. We will return.

Flawless stay, room was perfect, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Such a unique and well serviced property will definitely be returning

Scenery was beautiful. Lots of areas to sit. Great staff, clean room. Bathroom shower was broken. After 12 years, the Eco lodge needs some repairs. More firepits should have been lit at night. Dinner was good, but portions very small, especially the vegetables and potatoes.

The elevator was broken and my room was on the 4th floor. The bed was wobbly and needed to be repaired The hot tub near the falls was dated and needed to be repainted

Superbe petit déjeuner à la carte. Personnel sympathique et efficace ( arrivés après l’heure d’ouverture de la réception( 21h, on avait pas fait attention, mais mentionné) la barmaid a appelé le concierge qui est venu faire le checking.

shower turned the room 28 degrees with no ventilation and no ac. they brought us a fan but the fan stopped working after an hour. restaurant was amazing.

Fabulous stay - the Mill gets better every time!

Staff were wonderful Dani last night at the Muse was very knowledgeable friendly we had the perfect seating and the restaurant was not busy so we had a quiet dinner with many unique flavours and presentation on food was amazing ! The girl at the front who checked us in was friendly and accommodating felt very welcome

We did not use the amenities so cannot comment. The Heron room is lovely

From the first moment if check-in through afternoon welcome cocktsils, a late sitting for supper at Heron and the outstanding breakfast at Muse, every staff member to a person understood the value of going beyond simply doing one's job proficiently to mastery of the holistic arts of hospitality. We could not have been made to feel more welcome or comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway after a difficult Winter. We are already looking forward to our next visit in june.
