Very clean and tidy, convenient location and super breakfast. Friendly attitude and respect from the service staff. Will definitely visit again.

WARNING!! This hotel does not accept name changes. So if your booking website frigs up, you’re screwed and out lots ofbucks plus cancellation fee that you didn’t even cancel. We showed up to the hotel and there was a mix up. My name on my booking was wrong. I asked if they could change it and was told I had to contact Expedia. Getting through to them was a joke. So I’ve got a whole other complaint about them. Anyways, Expedia said they could change my name. They called the hotel, but the hotel denied the changes. I waited in the lobby for 3 HOURS for things to be figured out and no one helped. They just shoved us off. I asked for a refund since they wouldn’t let us get our room we paid in full for (due to the booking mess up). They denied it. When I tried to go to cancel our room and book elsewhere, the security guard got called on me apparently and was close behind me on his phone with someone. When I moved, he moved. So yeah. Never booking at this hotel ever again. This was my first AND LAST. I will be contacting the BBB and reporting fraud on my card as what I paid for was denied and not recieved. Also make sure everyone who is in your room has an ID on them. Apparently that’s required now. The staff we spoke to sort of made fun of my friend for not having an ID or health card (she has issues and is going through some stuff right now. This was her way out to just chill and figure things out). The hotel was fancy looking and probably had amazing rooms, but how would we know

Nice hotel, our room was clean, spacious and came with mini fridge, microwave, safety box. My wife liked the hardwood floor as carpets trigger her allergies if not properly cleaned. Staff was helpful and any questions or things we needed were provided. They did the cleaning including changing towel, etc daily. One thing to notice, maybe because of the hardwood floors, you could hear heavy footsteps or door closing clearly from other rooms, which was annoying the first night, we reported to front desk and they were going to investigate, noise stopped but heavy footsteps were still persisting,which made us aware and more conscious to walk lightly for the benefit of others. Breakfast was just ok, at times too salty and greasy, which made us skip the hot meals. Wifi worked very well and had good Cable channels options. The locations was few minutes away from downtown, easy to take routes for day trips like Peggy’s Cove or Lunenburg. Overall we had a good stay,

Room was clean, staff were excellent and helpful. The pool area was a little messy in the morning, and the sauna wasn’t turned on for the opening time.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were super accommodating and helped me print some important paperwork while I was staying at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent warm, egg, sausages, pancakes, bagels, cereal, mushrooms, and stirfry vegetables every morning. The coffee was amazing. Overall an excellent choice

Staff were very helpful and polite. Hotel looked well maintained and clean. Was only there one night, but would definitely go back. Enjoyed the continental breakfast as well.
