Más allá de lo lindo que es el hotel, de lo rico que es el restorán, lo que más llama la atención es lo increíblemente atento de toda la gente que trabaja ahí! Absolutamente todos son un encanto, y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es realmente una experiencia muy superior al resto de los hoteles en Santiago por esa razón, su gente y su amabilidad.

Extremely pleasant stay. The breakfast was good quality, the dining service was excellent, and the night was excellent. The room was clean, and the area is extremely nice and a great place to stay in Santiago.

My wife and I host group tours so it is very important we stay in an amazing hotel. We had a group of 23 and the hotel was absolutely amazing ! Where possible early check-in was provided for those who arrived on a very early flight. Breakfast was amazing. The whole team at Bidasoa were super professional. We hosted our welcome dinner at the hotel and everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Slick and fun, great for business travelers

Hotel com decoração marcante, quartos confortáveis e lindas vistas para a cidade e os Andes. Café da manhã muito bom, equipe atenciosa e a comodidade do estacionamento para quem está de carro. A localização não é das mais turísticas, mas para quem já conhece Santiago é uma boa pedida.

Hotel boutique com decoração bourgeois chique. Apesar de não ser um hotel pequeno, tudo funciona sem stress, sem parecer impessoal. A localização é afastada da área mais movimentada da cidade. É uma vizinhança mais nobre, mas há boas opções de restaurantes no entorno, além dos restaurantes do hotel.

Everything was wonderful! The beds were soft and comfortable. Great AC. The morning breakfast buffet was exquisite! Will stay there again and again! Not to miss. Great parking, safe, secure and beautifully done!

Stunning hotel in a lovely area of Santiago. Our room was spotless and the restaurant food was delicious. Loved the swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Highly recommended.
