整体住宿超出我的想象，因为前一站是住在罗马，罗马的住宿比较简单。房间是家庭式，有个阳台，房间很大，可以自己煮东西。完美

room is big. due to a very early check in, the hotel prepared a bag of breakfast for us.

Everything is satisfactory except the heating of room was noisy and not warm enough. I asked for extra quilt but the hotel staff was reluctant to provide, asking me to check with room closet, but turned out there was none in the closet. So the staff attitude wasn't up to standard.

The room is pretty big and comfortable in a good location and it is quite new.

此次住宿僅一晚，房間設施、早餐及接待人員都是上上之選，唯獨浴室熱水不夠熱(可能當天氣溫較低)，雖然有浴缸，但是排水有問題，似乎有些堵塞，這是需要改進的地方，其餘如同前依次入住，感受非常好。

人員親切，距離地鐵站、火車站、景點、購物、美食都很近，不行就可以到。

位置非常好，在市中心，一切都可步行抵达，服务也很好，带小厨房很方便，早餐不错。唯一对面的房子正在维修，一大早七点就被吵醒了。其它都很满意。以后来米兰就住这里了。

Fantastic location within a short walk of main attractions. Clean. Comfortable. Digital PIN for access. Highly recommend.

After booking I read reviews (backwards maybe I know?) and started to feel a little nervous but I could not have been happier with this place. First of all location is incredible. Easy walk to almost anything you want to see. All of the big attractions are right there and the train is a short walk. Fantastic. The room was great clean huge and felt very much like having your own apartment which we loved. Some of the reviews mention no staff and hard to get solutions if problems arise but there always seemed to be a presence during the day if not at the front desk then cleaning staff etc who were super helpful. A well stocked essentials closet made it easy to help yourself when you needed something. We didn't get the breakfast option because again a lot of the reviews said it was stale pastries served in the basement when in fact the "basement" is a lovely cafe at street level which we ended up having breakfast almost every morning anyway. Lovely. The only time we had to reach out on the app was after we checked out and left a very important item in the room and they were quick to help us get back in to retrieve it which was great. Our room faced the street and there was a bit of noise but we were there during the Olympics so the energy level was extra high. The earplugs provided on the nightstands came in handy! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again or consider Numa in other cities in the future

Bedroom was never cleaned or the bed made!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Numa. The room was very large and clean. It was a little noisy at times. Very friendly staff. This hotel is around the corner from a great shopping and dining area. We recommend staying here.
