愉快的入住，酒店位置优越，靠近沿河大道，火车站等，距离老城也不远，早饭后可溜达到麦地那～

首先，我們在Expedia訂的是海景房，取房後發現是後街景房，我們立即致電前台及房務部，兩處也沒有人接聽。後來我們發現房內沒有電視搖控器，要求他們送回，也等了半小時。 於是我們直接走到酒台前台說明情況，職員只回答因為海景房滿客，未能安排。我們即時展示訂房證明，我們是已付費留海景房的，但職員只不停說沒有海景房，幫不了我們。期間她亦有向前台其他資深職員查詢，但那些職員只是黑面拒絕，完全沒有考慮我們已付費訂房的事實！實在另人氣憤！（已即時透過網頁向Expedia反映，但仍未得到回覆，唯有在此說明。） 其次check in時，夜更的職員已即時收取我們的城市稅，但在check out時，早更的職員態度不佳向我們表示未收取，我們又要再次說明，她們再翻查紀錄後，才表示其他同事已收取。 前台職員是很代表公司的形象，我們實在不明白為什麼他們的態度能這麼差劣？ 其他房內設備也可接受，惟空調系統是接駁中央系統，偶爾會有煙味傳出。（我訂禁煙房的，並對煙味很敏感，很少味道已會不適） 另外酒店面對的海景是漂亮的，位置也尚算方便，但整體來說，我也不會再選擇這樣的酒店。

- Room was clean with a nice view to the beach - Hotel staff was nice and helpful - Ramadan changed a lot of things. It would have been helpful to give info to the customers, since we know nothing about it. For example the spa was closed, but we didn't know about it. - There are some renovations going on and we couldn't use the gym. Again, it wasn't mentioned anywhere. - There's a bar at the hotel restaurant, but because it's a muslim country, the seleccion is not wide.

Lovely modern, clean hotel in a great location. This is located on the main corniche opposite the beach and a walk away from the medina, Kasbah etc. Didn’t get to use the pool as closed until warmer weather but it looked nice. Breakfast was 10 euros per day per person and was a good buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Basket parking very easy and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay and would stay here again

It was a pleasant experience staying at this property. Clean, comfortable, great location and excellent staff.

Coupure d’électricité, chambre laisse entrer beaucoup de fruit par la fenêtre. Avec un bébé pas évident. Lit de bébé reçu seulement plus tard et des travaux en journée (bruit)

Arrivé avec des travaux dans le hall. Vue sur piscine non entretenu et un parking délabré. Chambre très étroite pour 3 personnes.

Kamer schoon maar bad doekjes zijn oud met een fisse geur. Kamer is ruim en netjes maar raam isolatie kan een stukje beter

Nice rooms, clean, checking smooth Isolation window in room could be improved. Bathroom towels are poor quality with bad smell

Pas terrible comme hôtel 4 étoiles. La climatisation est centrale et pas réglage soit même au niveau de la température. Le frigo du mini bar était HS. Pas de thé ou café. Le parking de l'hotel n'est pas dans le même bâtiment, il faut marcher 200 mètres. Insonosiration pas bonne. Toute la circulation s'entend dans la chambre

La chambre etait bruiante la nuit un peu courte a cause du bruit derniere chambre au bout du couloir emplacement pas terrible,le personnel tres professionnelle

Super séjour, malgré la vue sur le parking mais bon on aurait du payer le supplément vue sur la mer. L’environnement face à la mer est très agréable. Le personnel était au petit soin, le petit déjeuner impeccable (petite amélioration : le même ustensile est utilisé pour deux plats différents par exemple et il n’y avait pas d’étiquette de présentation de plat) mais à part je recommande cet hôtel.

The Guest relation co-ordinator Maria was a star. She went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The house keeping Lady Gheta was excellent. They room was cleaned and tidied in every nook and cranny. The Hotel was great as well. Good location
