Desaster. They switch off water supply over the night, so the excrements were floating in the bowl until the morning. And on the morning there is only cold water in the shower. Enjoy.

Hotel was great, clean and well kept, staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke other languages which helped a lot! The cook/waiter on the 2nd floor was not very friendly when we had to order food at night!

Quarto limpo, porém com barante barulho nos arredores, equipe cortês. No café da manhã não havia nenhuma opção pra quem tem intolerância à gluten, nem mesmo pão de queijo e as frutas que tinham estavam com aparência ruim.

Café da manhã incrível, atendimento excelente, o ar condicionado poderia melhorar fazia muito barulho.

The staff is very nice and the breakfast is always good with a lot to choose from as far as fruits cakes and that stuff the hot part of the breakfast generally consists of eggs and a meat dish. It's a buffet style so you can feel yourself up with breakfast. The gym is pretty decent and it's open for a long enough time but not 24 hours.

Hotel antigo, quarto com oisolamento ruim, ar condicionado barulhento, estrutura antiga de elevador muita demora p usar o elevador, espaço do cafe da manhã pequeno parq a quantidade de hóspedes. Enfim não volto e nem indico.

Hotel pode melhorar, o quarto é bem equipado, mas o banheiro precisa de melhor conservação dos toalheiros, torneiras e rejunte dos azuleijos.

Equipe de atendimento muito boa. Atendimento de Cezar no check-in muito eficiente e educado.

Quarto com goteira no interior do quarto e alguns problemas pontuais no quarto que podem melhorar, só ter uma vistoria mais cuidadosa.

A equipe está de parabéns, todos muito atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto é antigo e bem básico. Ar condicionado é de parede e bem barulhento. Localização é boa se pretende usar metrô e visitar o centro da cidade.

We stayed here for 2 nights during carnival and the hotel is excellent value for money. It's an old hotel and we loved the original architecture. It's basic but has a comfortable bed, great power in the shower and the room was nice and clean. Our room was very quiet at night. The real asset to the hotel are the staff, especially Cesar who met us on arrival at the front desk and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is downtown and we did see a couple of homeless people but in our 3 day stay we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. We used ubers and the metro to get around the city.

A recepção foi muito solicita e educada, o hotel é bem localizado e muito bonito. O café da manhã também é bem variado e atende bem!
