Nice with courtesy services.

The room is NOT same as the photos showed, bathroom is very bad, door can't be locked, no ventaltion on bathroom, old facility. Breakfast have not mich choice, nothing are good for me. It is better to take the beakfast just outside of hotel, there are many choice and lower price.

Superb location, great parking facility, however bathroom wasn’t the best. Every time I turned the tap on a puddle formed under the sink on the floor, and a hair bobble was left in the shower tray so wondered whether it was actually cleaned.

Lovely hotel, great room and staff. Breakfast was superb every day. My only gripe was it can be quite noisy. We were at the front if the hotel, the windows cut out a lot, but could still hear traffic and people outside and busy times (it was a busy time ) and we could also hear people in the next room at times. Tea facilities in the room would have been nice also. Other than that, location is excellent.

La habitación amplia y limpia! La verdad muy cómoda, el baño igual. Lo único que consideraría seria la habitación, se anuncia y se vende como “vista a la gran via” el hotel ni si quiera esta sobre la gran via, esta a una cuadrita pequeña, no vale la pena comprar la vista

Hotel com aparência antiga mas muito bem conservado. Muito bem equipado com todos os itens que nos eram necessários. Localizado a poucos metros da Gran Via. Funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Recomendo.

O quarto ficava ao lado do banheiro público do hotel e estava com problema no sensor de presença e a equipe criou caso para resolver.
