Stayed for 4 nights while we travelled around the Cotswolds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the George townhouse! Room service provided daily with fresh towels and bedding. Provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc which was of good quality. Very quiet overnight and private parking! Definitely would recommend

We had a deluxe room on the second floor. It was extremely hot - due to the temperature outside being 33 degrees - we did have a fan but no air con. Nice shower and coffee machine and kettle. Small TV but comfortable, clean room in general. Staff were all polite and efficient. Breakfast was good and bar facilities were also good. The Hotel was well situated for visiting where we wanted to go - about 20 miles from Coventry and about 20 miles from Woodstock and about 10 miles from Farmer's Dog and Diddly Squat Farm Shop. Price was pretty competitive given the prices of the Hotels in the Cotswold. The Hotel did have a small car park which was full each time we arrived at the Hotel but there is adequate free parking just a couple of minutes walk away.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the suite which was bigger than expected. Parking at the back is great, the pub is great. Food downstairs was 7/10, breakfast was better than the evening meals. Staff are all lovely, we would stay again.

Great hotel! The staff were really welcoming and very helpful too. The rooms were presented to an outstanding standard and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The staff were great, the place is getting a bit tired, housekeeping is pretty abysmal, dirty towels were re hung, bins were not emptied, and the beds were not made.. had housekeeping not been so poor I would have given the place a much higher score..

Good central location in Cotswolds and nicely in centre of town. Good dining and nice patio. Small number of parking spaces behind. Bedroom was very hot, on top floor ,windows only opened a little. Luckily reception provided fan. Sink hot tap only dribbles out but only needed cold tap in these conditions

Great service with friendly staff. Room was lovely and well equipped. Comfortable bed. Quiet high street. Breakfast was amazing!!! Overall a great experience.

It was a really good stay; I would recommend investing on air con and fans, as the nights were really rhot. Otherwise. It was great!!

Wonderful pub experience! Friendly check in. Amazing room appointment! Comfy beds with nice linen. Plenty of space, good storage. Lovely bathroom, powerful shower, luxurious bath,fluffy clean towels, great toiletries. Could benefit from a better hairdryer but the one provided was usable, a mirror on the other side of the room would have been helpful for getting ready (better lighting near the bath and available plug socket). Nice hospitality tray. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Also had an evening meal which was equally tasty. Great bar selection. Lots of nice seating areas including one outside.

Friendly staff, hotel located in a great position for the town and travelling

Well positioned in the town. Impressive looking building, lovely vibe inside and gorgeous outdoor seating area. We were staying in room 12 which is very small. It was a hot night, so the room was baking, hence we had the window open but a gang of 12-15 pigeons live (noisily) just outside the window! The windowsill was covered in bird poo which was not nice. Shower great and nice to have an Nespresso machine and complimentary water. Bed and pillows too soft for me, but personal choice.

The room is generally very clean, and the bathroom is nice. The staff are very helpful, and the food is excellent. The location is good, with easy parking and convenient stores nearby.

The George Townhouse was surprisingly fantastic. We loved our brief stay. The only thing we found it a little hot. If we were there for longer we’d have asked about fans but the staff were so helpful I’m sure they’d have arranged something. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is a nice place to stay. The staff were lovely and the room was what it says, a comfort room. The shower was brilliant. Nice and spacious with lots of powerful hot water.

1階がレストラン兼パブなので、夜も困らない。また、ホテルのスタッフ兼店員さんも対応が良かった。美男美女多めかな 部屋も1人では十分な大きさ。シャワーも十分くらい強くてよかった。 温熱タオル掛けが熱々で暖房効果で洗面室が暑かったけど、ずっといるわけではないので問題なかった。

Had a lovely stay at George townhouse. Rooms were lovely and was nice that the room was freshened up even though we were only there 2 nights. We had dinner here and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

All went well, nice clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, myself and my wife enjoyed our stay very much,
