In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For holiday? Give up.

I booked last minute, price was good. It said book in for 13.00pm , arrived and the place was locked up, googled the phone number which brings you to some finance answering machine I had a single room with a shower but there is no kettle, cups or any toiletries as advertised. Place is very clean but there are a lot of steps to be mindful of.

this hotel is awful. theyare now trying to take a second payment after i have already paid on arrival nobody answers the phone, cant find an email address. what now...

Rasy to check in and the staff were really helpful Room was clean and what we needed for one night. Shower did take a bit of fiddling wirh to get a good temperature but you could move it to a lower position if youre not as tall and move it to hold in hand Only thing we had an issue with was some of the carpeting was a bit loose on the stairs and made us wwary when going down

The beds were knackered and dirty, cut ply board bases that had splinters out of them. Shower was dirty too.

One staff member running a busy bar and hotel, tv was not working, had to wait about 25 minutes for him to look at the problem, could not fix, put into another room with remote not working on the tv. Continental breakfast was a small box of cereal with milk of which the second room did not have and no kettle, never stay there again

The room was terrible, dirty and in need of maintenance.

Unwelcoming staff all because the front door was open and we went in but it wasn’t meant to be open , snarled me like a piece of Room well no heating bathroom stunk triple room couldn’t swing a cat in , tv tiny To be expected above a pub tbh

Rooms were a bit tired but they were clean good value for the price also drinks in the bar were very well priced overall we enjoyed our visit

Basic room, not much to say. Cheap room and well positioned for Finsbury Park. But no frills. Others complained about noise, but didn't hear anything to complain about.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. First off, there was no continental breakfast, despite it being advertised. That was just the beginning. The walls were only half painted, like someone gave up midway through a DIY job. Under the sink, the cupboard was literally rotting, and everything about the room screamed neglect. A light fixture on the wall was broken and hanging loose, which felt like a serious safety hazard. The curtains were also broken, barely hanging on, and did nothing to block out the light or provide privacy. Even worse, there was masking tape still around the plug sockets—clearly unfinished and unprofessional. The whole room was dirty and smelled of damp, making it incredibly unpleasant to stay in. I’ve stayed in budget accommodations before, but this was on another level of bad. Would absolutely avoid at all cost!

Was noisy due to traffic obviously being on the road , and no breakfast as no staff

Strangle little place. Very clean. No breakfast as advertised. Two bowls in a room of three but nothing to go in them.

Really good hotel staff are friendly a great location to have loads of fun

room was dirty, gairs and stains on bed, metal bed broken, smell of weed from pub and beer garden awful. difficult to get out of building had to climb down wet fire escape and my husband has 2 casts on his feet!! foot was inbearably hot as they knew and had a fan in which kept turning off

Frokosten som var inkludert skulle være litt frokostblanding på rommet med melk fra et halvkjølig kjøleskap. Vi fant ikke frokostblandingen. Rommet var ok for 2 netter der vi ikke var på rommet for mer en å sove.

Clientele/customers at Hotel were the dregs of society. Regulars arguing with the receptionist. Room had leak in cieling.

The room provided to me was a putrid shoebox — shockingly small, with no proper ventilation, and in an appalling state of cleanliness. It was more like a vile cell than any form of guest
